We went to Burger King in Hedgesville,W.V at 12:00 @ lunch time.Was waited on right away was not busy at all.Cashier was very nice.But the burgers was cold& the fries was warm.It was not busy at all.Don’t understand why.I would rather wait for a good hot food.I will not B back.I like my food cooked freshly made & definitely hot.

Got food front teen was nice girl with glasses took order fast and gave us extra sauce. One thing is when we sat down we hear a lot of yelling. very unusual behavior in a fast food place so my eyes started to wonder and it looked to be the manager yelling at three kids upfront to do there jobs better and to stop being lazy she then went on to mock the teens laughing at them like an evil old lady. If you want good food and service don’t come here imagine eating then having to see a old lady with no life yelling at teenagers like it’s nothing understand if they were goofing off but the girl who took my order was kind cleaning when she didn’t have to and got called a baby for not doing more. Very disappointed with the aptitude of the managers at this place they wonder why they are so short staffed because they don’t treat there employees right.

This BK seems to be going downhill. My burger had way too much mayo and ketchup and the bun was mush. Not to mention the cup I was handed was covered in soda making my hand all sticky :). Get out of customer service if you can’t smile or show some manners. Was not busy at all. Also my large fry looked like it was a medium. The cup is not half full it was half empty. I expect better for what I paid. I usually enjoy the customer service, but this time not so much. Step up or step out. Nobody wants a sad faced teen handing them food let alone mumbling rather inaudibly through a headset. I used to be appalled by the customer service. They even went as far to say WELCOME TO BURGERKING WHERE YOU RULE HOW MAY I TAKE YOUR ORDER. This time I was greeted with mumbling nonsense. As I said nobody wants to be greeted by someone who seems so sad or upset about something. If you’re that sad quit your job and work somewhere non customer service. The food used to be perfect. I’m always respectful so it’s definitely not an issue on my end. Of course im a bit mad writing this who wouldn’t be if you was handed a sticky cup half empty fries with NO SALT and a mush bun to wash it down.

Food is hit or miss, but chicken fries were super stale and kids weren’t interested in them. Would be nice if they had fresher product but hard to know what their procedure is to ensure this is the case. Churros are solid and were decently fresh

Been here many times. But tonight we had the most disrespectful service at the window! Teenage order taker gave us lip, asked for manager and she was almost as disrespectful! Heard her scream at her staff. Unprofessional. Not a good experience!

I ordered my food through bk.com. When I arrived they said they do not have what I wanted. I asked for a refund. They would not refund. Manager said I had to cancel it through the app, which I did not have. I told her that I didn’t and she just kept saying it wasn’t ordered through us so we can’t refund. Saying that with the receipt in her hand. She ignored my response and went on to take the next order. She was very rude.

We went there today for 2 whopper combo meal deal at around 11a.m.Ordered gave teenage cashier $100.00 dollar bill she had to get some one to get it changed to smaller bills that she didn’t have in her drawer.I had to tell her she short changed me on $10.00.Which she did return my ten.Our burgers was very cold& the fries was warm. Can’t understand how this can happen.Burgers are suppose to be hot.If I wanted something cold I would have went somewhere to get a cold cut.This happens a lot at other fast food restaurants.There was all teenagers working there.I don’t feel they are probably trained.I will not be returning.I will cook my food at home where I know how to cook a burger & save my money.It was not busy inside either.
