I had the best experience at this Starbucks tonight! I walked in just a few minutes before closing at 9:00 PM, and Julie went above and beyond to help me. Even though the coffee pots were already cleaned for the night, she was incredibly kind and offered to make me a fresh Americano. She also helped me pick out a few warm pastries to go with it. It’s rare to get such a warm, welcoming attitude right before closing time. Thank you, Julie, for making my night!

Stopped by the Starbucks in Punta Gorda and had a really pleasant visit. The location is nice and easy to get to. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. Great place to grab a coffee and relax for a bit!

The staff is consistently friendly, my drink is always made right, and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers, which makes a quick coffee stop feel like a bright spot in the day.

I dread going to this location even though it’s closest to my house, I’ll drive out of my way to avoid it. I always order the same drink, an iced earl grey tea with honey. This morning, they told me they couldn’t make an iced earl grey. They could give me a hot tea and a cup of ice and I could make it myself… okay, not only did I get the same drink made at the same location a few days prior, but I get the drink very often. I’ve never had a problem. They always tell me that the tea has to steep for 4 minutes so it may take some extra time. But never tell me they just can’t make the drink. The drink is hot water, a tea bag, honey, & some ice for $4. Is it really that complicated? They offered me a London fog, which is a completely different drink.

Tell me how is it that you can get a cold (supposed to be hot) coffee with light cream at Starbucks at 8:14 am on a workday especially after waiting for 10 mins in the drive through. That is just ridiculous and glad that I do not live near this place because I would have to start making a cup of coffee to go at home
