This is the 3rd time I’ve gotten an avocado produce sticker mixed in with my guacamole. This time also had the avocado stem bud as well! The rest of the food was fine, but overpriced for what you get. Just don’t get the guacamole.

1st time eating here. I will most definitely be back. The atmosphere was very pleasant. I loved that they were playing Christian Contemporary music, was pleasant to listen to while dining. This place is the Mexican cousin of Chick Fil A. They greet you when you walk in and use manners through the whole ordering and serving process. Classy that they actually have silverware and glass bowls not paper and plastic. I had the taco salad and it was delicious and the right portion size. Store and restroom was clean. Employees were great.

The fountain tasted wierd so did the tea. They give you real silverware but it ain’t all that clean. The service is whatever….not awful but not special and bla bla bla you get it. The taco soup was on point tho

Ordered their nachos and asked for everything separate (the meat, cheese, etc). Got our food and it was fine but they put all my sides in one container (no big deal I’ll just ask them to fix it). I ask and the lady that looked like she was working Togos was fine and went to a blonde girl to explain to her. And for whatever reason me asking for them to redo was a big enough deal she had to be dramatic huffing and puffing over it. Saying the way it was was fine.
This is the second bad experience with this specific store. The first time they told a friend of mine who has food allergies that if she had so many allergies maybe she shouldn’t be eating out.

Best jucys by far. Excellent service. Got a platter and offered to trade the salsa for something else. The other jucys never do. Brought it to the table as well. Highly recommend this jucys than the others

Service and staff great but food was cold. Eay there about once a month, is usually good but this time you missed the mark. Ordered enchilada plate for me and one for wife. Chicken was cold in mine and cheese not even melted on wife’s dinner. Both plates rice and beans were cold. At least microwave it where it isn’t cold.

I was totally embarrassed when I went to get a free meal for a meal THEY messed up earlier in the month. Ms. Kelly assured me that they would be no issue, but there clearly was. The cashier LOUDLY and with an attitude asked for my name, didn’t verify anything and made me feel like I was trying to get something for free. Then, after I left the restaurant she proceeded to follow me outside?? This experience has totally soured me to this location. As far as I’m concerned you can keep my ‘free’ meal. I’ve been a loyal customer since this location opened. I do not plan on returning here ever again!!

Went in to retrieve a drink that I paid for previously but decided to buy a breakfast bowl half bacon half chorizo with breakfast potatoes on bottom it was cold potatoes were over cooked and hard. Never have I had such poorly prepared food. This is the last time I will ever buy food there. I wish I could post this picture.

The food was really good. I wish I had taken a picture. I ordered the Southwest Fajita Salad. The steak was a little fatty and undercooked, according to my preference. But the flavor was savory. My favorite item was the rice. It was exquisite, bursting with taste, and well seasoned. I also enjoyed the jalapeño sauce
