We stopped by to try this place on our way home from Keystone Lake. It was recommended by a friend of ours a while back and we have been wanting to try it. We ordered the mozzarella sticks for and appetizer. They gave us marinara and ranch and you can order a small order which comes with 6. They were crispy on the outside and cheesy and gooey and the inside. So good! The ranch tasted house made and the marinara had a really good flavor. For our meals, we ordered the Patty melt with sweet potato fries, the Rueban with tater tots and the moz burger with potato chips made in house. We all loved what we ordered and would definitely order it again. Delicious!! For dessert we shared a slice of peanut butter pie and ordered the banana pudding. So good! And our waitress was a delight! She was so kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Good stop on the way out of Tulsa. I got the grilled chicken sandwich and a side of potato salad. Hubs got the wildcat but substituted fries for tater tots. We finished off with fried Oreos. Nice little place to grab a burger.

Quick stop in for some lunch. Wasn’t busy at all. It’s a seat-yourself type restaurant.
Breakfast is served all day with lunch/dinner options.
I had the meat omelet was good, and filling. And my mom ordered the BLT she enjoyed it.
Lots of parking. The gal who waited on us was helpful and friendly.
Lots of flies inside, not appealing.

Wow. I had a meat skillet with a couple of eggs on top and it was one of the tastiest breakfasts I’ve ever had. My whole family loved it. Honestly, it looked a little rough on the outside but it’s warm and inviting inside. Great experience. Also, the servings were large and filling. It was phenomenal

A grungy restaurant with below average food.
The service is slow. The restrooms are dirtier than the service pit at a Jiffy Lube. For some reason there is an air filter attached to the outside of each air conditioning intake vents, that caught my eye. They are congested with years and years of anything and everything that may have floated in the air. An attractive, appetizing collection of gray allergens, shed skin cells and hair. Look at the picture.
Why do people eat here? It can’t be blamed on beer. They don’t serve any. Maybe it was great a few years ago?
I am not going to waste any more of my time or yours. Drive to Cleveland, OK. There are a couple of great places to eat there.
Kathy’s Mason jar needs to have a lid put on it and canned!

This was The Mexi Skillet and was absolutely amazing. They serve the breakfast menu all day long. Was able to order this breakfast dish at 8:00 in the evening. Even had the pleaser of meeting Mrs Kathy herself. Very nice lady. I highly recommend this place. Off of 412 West of the Exit for Keystone State park. Take the exit for Old Keystone road and make a right on the service road. Just East of Tank & Tummy gas station.

I had the Everything Omelette and it was absolutely delicious—bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The ingredients were fresh, the portion was generous, and every bite was pure satisfaction. As a Mexican who loves a little heat, the jalapeños were the perfect touch! The service was just as outstanding: warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we arrived. You can tell they take pride in both their food and the overall experience. Highly recommended for anyone craving a hearty meal and top-notch hospitality!

Mason Jar Family Diner is such a great spot! The food tastes like real southern home cooking — I had the fried catfish, corn nuggets, and fried okra, and everything was delicious. The portions were generous and fresh. Our server was so friendly and seemed to be doing it all — cooking, serving, everything — and she still made sure we had everything we needed. The place has a cozy, small-town, rustic feel that makes you want to come back. Definitely a place I’ll be visiting again!
