I’m originally from NY and this pizza definitely meets NY style pizza standards! I’ve tried a lot of different pizzerias since moving to Texas (I’ve lived in TX for about 5 years and have moved around within that time frame), but this place takes the cake! Their pizzas are huge too which is nice for the price. My husband and I always recommend Joe’s to people whenever someone is looking for a good pizza in town I will continue to support and order from Joe’s Pizza as long as I live in Abilene ❤️

Joe’s Pizza is amazing. Pizza is huge and tasty. One slice is about 3-4 slices on an avg. pizza. The Seafood pasta is amazing. The cannoli and cheesecake tastes super good! All the workers are happy and have amazing customer service. One of the best pizza spots in Abilene, give it a try!

This place serves good pizza and pastas. The stuffed pizza is not something you’ll see everywhere. The slices of pizza is bigger here compare to other places. Really like their seafood combo 2. Lots of seafood with great Alfredo sauce. My wife almost lick the container clean. Too bad just here for a visit or this would be a place that I come often.

This quaint pizza place has the best pizza in West Texas! It’s next to a grocery store so lots of parking. Definitely worth the trip. Bring cash and be ready to eat! The salads are delicious too!

If you’re hungry, go somewhere else. We thought it would be a quick 20 – 30 min wait for our food. We didn’t order a lot, a large pizza, fried cheese and foccacia. It took OVER AN HOUR to get our food, and it turns out they forgot about our order! We were patient and waited until it hit the hour mark. Then we came back up to ask what’s taking so long to which they go “oh, oops yours has been ready. We just forgot to call it” so not only did we wait a ridiculously long amount of time, our food was also barely warm!! To add salt to the wound, they didn’t apologize about the wait. Just handed the food and went on to the next person. I hope the warm-ish food is worth the wait. Because this was unacceptable. They also add extra fees (a “transparency fee” of almost 4% for what?? I don’t know)
Edit: after eating, the food was indeed not fresh minus the foccacia. The fried cheese didn’t string at all and was mostly cold, the same goes for the pizza. The hottest (temp wise) item was the marinara dip. The crust is very chewy, like very chewy, so you’re going to feel too tired to keep chewing after the first slice of pizza. Its also very very greasy (and cold / cooling grease does NOT taste very good).
It probably would have had better taste had it been fresh out, but sadly I didn’t get the pleasure of that experience.

I had to have a procedure done and wasn’t allowed to eat for
about 40 hours and when I came to I knew I wanted Joe’s
Pizza ! We got the 20″ with pepperoni, bacon, jalapenos, onion
and extra cheese. If you love NY style pizza this is the place
for you. Crispy crust, tons of toppings and ooey gooey cheese.
I mean look at it! It barely fits in the box. Fantastic food and
amazing people. Oh shoot can’t forget the ranch! 1 think I
could eat the ranch by itself!
Anyway 10/10 always. (Pizza
is a supreme 20″ that comes with up to 8 topping for $25.50)

Amazing! Hadn’t been since 2016 and when driving through Abilene it was an absolute must stop. The food is delicious, the atmosphere and employees make it even better.

When I moved here 3 years ago I was happy to find this place just about 3 minutes from my house. The food was great and tasted of quality. Sadly this is no longer the case. I always order a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese, my favorite. But now when I open the box I find a big shiny puddle of oil in the middle and all over the pizza. The crust is soaked with oil and the box too. Sadly this only means one thing, the quality of the ingredients has taken a steep decline.
