The Arby’s in Newton Falls is a solid choice for a quick meal. This specific location is generally well-run; the food is consistently fresh and the service is great! My only real critique isn’t about this location specifically, but the brand overall—Arby’s pricing has become quite high for what it is. It definitely feels more expensive than other chains, though the quality is usually a step up. If you don’t mind paying a little extra for a decent roast beef sandwich or those iconic curly fries, this is a very dependable spot to visit in town!

To be honest, usually I do a drive thru for fast food places but for some reason decided to come in today to dine.
The food, music, atmosphere, employees were all great but was disappointed to find that no one actually cleans. Garbage was overflowing at the condiment table. Finding a clean table was an interesting venture. I think it would be alright if they could put up a self service cleaning station in the dining area so I could’ve at least had a clean table….i won’t sweep or mop the floors though, dirt on the floors were obviously dried mud marks & it hasn’t rained for a couple days.

The New Steak nugget Mac and cheese bowl was room temperature. The steak nuggets are very dry. The Juicy Deluxe burger is NOT juicy. Tastes like weird school lunch beef. This is why I haven’t been to Arby’s in many years. They don’t have the meat.

Multiple order issues most recently went in and ordered a double beef and cheddar with bacon. Somehow managed to get a double roast beef add bacon. Previous to this i ordered my girlfriend a lemonade and got a coke. Previous to that they managed to give crinkle instead of curly fries. I have multiple issues and they need fixed

My wife and I ate here, beef smelled, my sandwich was smaller than hers, later that night we both ended up sick. Will never return to this store ever again. They really didn’t care about how the meal was bagged or anything. Arby’s has really went down hill over the last few years, shame too, I used to eat here daily, no more, I’ll find another one that isn’t trying to kill people.

Well, normally not terrible… HOWEVER, this time and a few others, finally decided to say something, soooo here we go.
Fries were (and have been) almost unable to be eaten from sheer age. I ordered a TRIPLE beef and cheddar, well at least I got beef… seriously there is hardly an amount of cheese equivalent to a packet of Arby’s sauce (see picture)
The wrap my son ordered had nearly frozen sliced cheese on it. But as I said before normally it is not NEAR this bad and of course it always happens in the drive thru where you are either on your way out of town or on your way home at the end of the day and cannot get back to confront the staff about it. I have no doubt it would quickly be taken care of but I simply don’t believe most want to take the time to come back from their homes to right $10-$20 of fast food.

Picked up my Uber order and it was canceled right after I left. So we were able to actually afford Arby’s. 3 of my children and I battled over a single beef and cheddar a curly fry and a root beer. I lost the battle and none were truly satisfied. But it was great! 5 stars.

Very good food, but I’ve had the workers mess up my order a hand full of times, I ordered a curly fry, and a 4 peice potato cake, I ended up getting a 3 peice potato cake, and instead of curly fries I got a crinkle fry.
