The owners made it right and apologized

Food isn’t all that good really, my kids barely ate there kids meals. Customer service here is good no complaints. Plenty of dining space.

The loaded chili was terrible. Whoever made this dish needs to learn how to make real chili. The chili I received was watered down. All it was were kidney beans and ground beef in weak beef broth. They top their chili with raw onions, cheese, and sour cream. I never got the sour cream added. The taste was so bland and tasteless. I had to add salt in order to get any flavor. I recommend that the cook watch a few YouTube videos on how to make a good pot of chili. Service was great and staff were friendly and professional.

The gentleman took my order right away & prepared it himself. It didn’t take long at all before it was ready. I’ve had their cheese steak subs before but this one was ‘off’. Something just didn’t taste right. I was very disappointed.

Our 1st time here on a Sunday afternoon at 1:30 afternoon. So busy not a empty place to park. So that told us the food had to be good. They were packed but we were waited on in a timely mannor. Our waitress explained she was the only one there as 2 called off. She took good care of us. We ordered drinks and a small Tyrone Topper pizza. It was excellent. Food was soooo good. For as crazy busy as they were we got our food in less than 30 minutes. We give this new place to us an A+.

Far from home. Railfanning as it were, and it was getting a bit late in Tyrone PA. A quick check of ‘what’s near me’ and the Chill and Grill pops up showing a picture of Onion rings atop a bacon burger. I’m in !! The atmosphere is delightful, the server (Grace) was wonderful, and our food order was exactly what I had envisioned, delicious. If we return to the area from Ohio where we live, I will come here without hesitation. Thank You for a perfect end of a great day.

food use to be good it, has gone down hill. No silverware, napkins or prices on the menu. Steak sub tasted like the meat was precooked then nuked to warm. Waiter was to busy talking to another to bring food out together, meal was finished when fries were brought out and no refills on drinks. $34 never again
