I always enjoy eating at this Arby’s; it’s been 20 yrs now. Ben and Kade provide good customer service and Kade is always welcoming, while being humorous at the same time; makes the visits even more enjoyable. Thank y’all both and I look forward to my next visit! God bless!

Went through the drive thru and the spanish dude was NOT friendly at all , no customer service skills at all! I asked to be given extra sauces even if i had to pay for them and he gave me 2 packets for 2 sandwiches. Slung my bag out the window and said here you go!!! Too bad there isn’t another Arby’s in Bryan/CS cause they would wipe out this place on SWPKY! Yall suck! I wont go back!

I have eaten a lot of burgers in my life and I can’t think of a worse burger than the one I got last night. It was a drive through, ordered when we got there, and it was room temperature, meat and bread, and the dryest patty that I believe I have ever had. It was a simple order and didn’t think that I needed to check it. Mayonnaise and lettuce only, but it came with no lettuce. I felt like it was a sandwich made from something that had sat there all day. Dry bun, dry patty, with no flavor!!n
