How are you going to tell me that you don’t have my order ready when I clearly can see it behind you and I even tell you my name and how to spell it? I didn’t catch her name but she looked directly at my bag for pickup and then proceeded to help a lady that was after me, then she asks a coworker if there’s an order for “Ahsley” so I tell her, “it’s right behind you” and she tells me, “that’s for Ashley not Ahsley” so I tell her, “no it says Ahsley J” she then grabs it and tells out loud for the store to hear “this says ASHLEY” so I get sassy as well and say “it says Ahsley J and it’s spelt AHSLEY so it’s not ASHLEY” so she grabs my order and finally gives it to me with the worst attitude ever. She even forgot my napkins and gave me over 10 forks. The food was decent especially for a 25 minute wait.

Amazing and delicious! But sometimes it sucks. I don’t know if its because the food gets worse while sitting under a heat lamp OR because the chef on the other half of the week is bad at cooking. But make sure you try to get the most freshly cooked options because you will feel the difference in quality.

My mom went and ordered food, she asked for orange chicken and teriyaki. One of the workers there taking her order SHOUTED at her continuously asking if she wanted chow mein or rice.. she clearly didn’t ask for neither? Don’t shout at customers and ask them for food they didn’t ask for. Stop hiring people who don’t do their job right. Also she asked for double orange chicken and NEVER got DOUBLE it was only double shrimp. Which she didn’t ask for double shrimp.

Worst panda I’ve been to! Went home to open 1 of the 3 plates we got & was missing an entire entree had to go back to get it fixed was offered nothing but a soda for compensation when we already bought 3 sodas with our order also once home looking more at the food the teriyaki chicken was extremely bland & the “fried rice” looked like plain white rice with some vegetables! Completely unsatisfied !

The customer service and food is amazing. However I got the 3 plater meal with fried rice,steak sirloin, and grilled chicken and spring rolls. The food was delicious, but my steak sirloin which cost extra $1.50 barely had 3 tiny burnt pieces of meat. It was mostly broccoli and bell peppers. I was hoping for more. But overall the food was good.

I went there and I bought a bowl of super greens and chicken. I paid 10 dollars and the super greens were not cooked at all and they added so little chicken to my bowl. I stayed hungry all day I visited the restaurant and ordered a bowl of super greens and chicken for $10. However, the super greens were completely raw, and the amount of chicken added to the bowl was minimal. As a result, I felt hungry throughout the day.

Yes unfortunately this place has the worst costumer service … on January 12 2026 at or around 4: 45 pm they not only did my order wrong , missing items , drove home realize dinner was incomplete then when I came back they make me feel I was wrong And I was lying , When I ve paid for my family’s food …
I’ve told the the same cashier that took my payment earlier that she should remember what we order and what she gave me it’s only been 30 minutes ago …
I understand costumer service and last thing I want is to complain I know how it is on the kitchen environment but … I don’t want anything free only what I was charged for…I’ve unfortunately going to have to go somewhere else from now on… and I see why there are soo many bad reviews on the website … please management if you have INTEGRITY respond to my complaint…

They are so behind on the food they give you left overs like you’re not paying for it. Beef and broccoli with no beef. Mushroom chicken with no chicken just mushroom. Marisol and Giovanna horrible costumer service. Felt like they were doing me a favor by making the food. And they tell me they won’t be making any food so it’s like this is what they have take it or leave it. The places closes at 9 and it’s 7 and still don’t wanna make food. They need better costumer service. They made me wait 20 minutes served everyone else and they left me at the end.

The bathroom is horrible n the employee has to open the bathroom door for you by code. But it take forever.
