Terrible food we ordered for pick up the pizza wasn’t cut properly. The pizza was stuck to the cardboard box. Everything was falling apart. It was just a terrible experience. Then we called the restaurant and spoke to a manager and told him what happened and then says to take it back and they will make a new one. Then he started to laugh and didn’t make us one. What great way to show customer service. Simply rude I don’t even know why they want the pizza back. I know I won’t go back to Pizza Hut in San Juan again.

The Last Time I Bought Pizza, I Had It Delivered, Turns Out That The Order Was Wrong and I Called Them Back Right Away. The Guy Said What Was The Problem, I Told Him, Then He Offered Me To Drive To The Store and Get The Pizza Remake, I Said I Couldn’t So He Offered A Credit. I Tried Using The Credit Today, Seems There’s No Credit, Went To The Store, Same Thing, The Lady, Super Nice Tried To Make It Right, But Not Being In The System I Declined The Pizza. It Felt Like I Wanted To Scam Them. So, It Did Happen But They’re Not Responsible With Keeping Track Of Wrong Order Credits. If They Mess Your Order, Fix The Issue Right Away, Or, Its probably Not Going To Get Resolved.

So I never leave reviews but today my daughters and I went to have dinner before my sons football game about 5 pm. We were greeted by the only worker in the restaurant and told to sit where we like he would be right with us, unfortunately it got so busy so I got up and got in line to order. This young man handled the whole store, cooking, taking orders, charging customers and still served us even after I told him I could get it from the counter so he didn’t have to leave. Honestly we cleaned up and left the dirty dishes close to the counter and left but when I say he went above and beyond that’s an understatement. Best service ever.

I love Pizza Hut. But the only thing is that I had a question, but nobody new the answer to my question. And the person at the cash register told me he didn’t know nothing about online. So i can redeem a code , but since at the bottom read any pizza Hut in the US. So I thought it was optional, if in stores or online. I actually went (2) to Pizza Hut’s location & no one knew nothing. My kids came out crying, I knew I wasn’t going to leave it like that. I myself struggled with the Pizza Hut App, til I redeemed it by myself. But the only problem was that they had only (2) personal pan pizza’s. And well making the long story short, after all it was a good ending.

Ordered delivery of two pizzas and an order of cheese bread sticks. One of the pizzas was undercooked and not cut/sliced at all. It was also missing toppings. We ordered 2 extra marinara sauces and didn’t receive those at all. Don’t hire people who aren’t willing to do their job correctly. Put some pride in your products. Someone boxed our pizza this way knowing it was not cooked well and not sliced. How do you under cook a THIN & CRISPY pizza? It was thin but nowhere near crispy. Do better.

Came here once before a long time ago and it was a pretty bad experience, but once I saw the sign outside say that it was under new management we decided to try it out again and I’m so glad we did! The restaurant is a lot cleaner and the service was great! We met the new manager and he let us know that he was there most days and if we ever had an issue we could just ask for him and he would help us out! The pizza was delicious and he even put us on to the spicy garlic wings which were so good! (We’re normally a buffalo kind of family) all the staff we met were friendly and attentive! Definitely making this my go to Pizza Hut!

when i entered the store the sweet smell of the pizza hit my nose i felt like i was at home when i ordered my pizza the most gorgeous girl came to take my order her smile was so captivating that i forgot what i was gonna order when i finally gathered the courage to talk to her i placed my order and sat down at the bench usually i would be on my phone but for the first time i felt like i didn’t need my phone i felt a strange attraction as she made my pizza with the so much love like if it was her own . she was an angelic being working a low wage job i looked at her name tag and it said daisy . i grabbed my pizza and complemented her beauty as i forgot that i was even hungry i was excited to come back again and id spend my money with out hesitation just to see her again and interact
