No one came to the front register to take my order and noone even acknowledge I was there. I understand it can get busy but someone has to at least acknowledge a customer. I rang the customer bell twice and even went over to 2 staff members that seemed to be taking their lunch in the dinning area to ask them if there were staff working the front register. There was a man working the drive through window and he just ignored me too. Very poor customer service. You just lost my business!

Visited again today!!!! THE FOOD IS OUTSTANDING!!!!! Fiesta chicken sandwich and strawberry chicken salad are incredible… Can’t say it enough!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

My husband got the usual Original and I got the 2 for $10.99 … And WOW … I got half the fiesta chicken sandwich, which is super delicious, and half a strawberry chicken salad, YUMMM. They do not scrimp on anything!!! Our cashier was super nice and we had a wonderful dining experience at a great price! Highly recommend.

Just picked up 2 small sandwiches today for lunch and both the original and the Albuquerque turkey were great! The drive through girl was a sweetheart and the line moved quickly! We really love this Schlotzkys and have been back many times!

Dined in. Food is good but i didnt think the person in the front was very helpful. She didn’t talk much when we were asking about kids menu like how it comes with dessert and a drink … and i was disappointed that the fruit cup for kids meal is sugary fruit cup. I thought it was supposed to be a healthier option. But overall satisfied

Edward the GM is very unprofessional I will never visit this location due to his unprofessionalism. Cinnabon cinnamon rolls are awful very dry and not fresh on both occasions purchasing. I won’t waste my money I could of bake a can of cinnamon rolls in my oven better than these.

Ordered dinner online for my large family from this location. We ordered a good amount of food. The food was made on time and promptly handed over to me from a young girl working the window. She even had me review the receipt on the outside of our bag to make sure my order was correct. I confirmed that the receipt was what I ordered but didn’t check the back to ensure the food was all in there until I got home. I then realized they forgot my daughter’s mac and cheese. So I turned around and drove all the way back. Once at the drive through I told the same girl as before that my Mac and cheese was missing and she replied “No it was in there”. I then responded “I just unpacked all of the food at home and it is not there” to which she replied “Well I remember putting it in there!”. Someone else came on the speaker to announce that they would remake it. As in waiting in line my children from home call to tell me they also messed up on the cookie sandwiches (they were given sugar cookies instead of the chocolate chip that their website advertises). I politely tell the same young girl as before to which she argues again with me stating it was my fault for not choosing the chocolate chip option when I ordered online. I pulled out my phone to show her that there is no such option online and that the item only describes it as a chocolate chip cookie. She then said well it’s not our fault chocolate chip cookie wasn’t selected. Twice this girl argued with me over errors on their end. The foods not worth it to have to deal with being called a liar. I did speak to a manager and she was nicer but when I explained that my issue was now the rude girl and the arguing and the manager didn’t really seem to care. She did offer to remake the cookies but I declined.

Looks like we got lucky on 3/18? We had a great experience. Harley (I believe that was his name, our cashier/server) was friendly, personable, and helped with the customizations to our order.
My son and I use Schlotzky’s a lot (as an alternative to certain “fast food” franchises that kids love).
Dining room and bathrooms were clean when we visited (evening, before the dinner crowd). Tea and soft drinks were solid. Zero complaints.

Stopped by this morning and was really impressed with the food and service at this location. The restaurant was clean and the presentation and taste of my turkey capri sandwich reminded me of why I like this chain. So when coming from Austin, skip all those other quick eats and stop in to this Schlotzskys location. They open early too (before 10) .
