Ekky (I hope I got her name right) took care of our table with the utmost care and attention.
We had:
House Sake (Nice and warm!)
Lychee Drink (Good – not overly sweet)
Dumpling Soup (Delish)
Roti Canai with Chicken Sauce (Good)
Roti Canai with Veg Sauce (Better!)
Calamari Tempura (not bad with the accompanying sauce but I would rather skip this)
Pinang Satay Chicken (MUST TRY!)
Satay Tofu (Good but the peanut sauce was a bit excessive for us)
Veg Spring Roll (Good)
Indian Mee Goreng (Awesome)
Pineapple Fried Rice (Meh)
Basil Tofu Fried Rice (MUST TRY!)
Fried Ice Cream (Finger-licking-good!)

Would love to go back and try more.
Portion sizes are on the larger side.

Amazing food! Very attentive service, and calming, inviting atmosphere. Tucked away in the back of a cluster of shops that close very early. We found this gem with a Google search, otherwise, you wouldn’t know it was here! Definitely worth the trip
The chicken satay with peanut sauce was so good! The sushi is fresh and inexpensive for what you get.
The traditional tea was just what I needed and tasty. Husband had the Mee Siam with pork sausage and the seaweed soup with chicken. Wow! The flavors were outstanding!
We highly recommend this place.

Great spot for Malaysian/Thai food. The Tom Kha soup is the best I’ve had on the east coast.

The food was very tasty and the service was great! Portion sizes were generous- you could easily share between 2 people. We very much appreciated their lunch menu being available on a Saturday. Will definitely go back as the menu is extensive.

I was genuinely delighted by the experience! The staff’s kindness made the visit even more enjoyable, and the atmosphere was incredibly soothing. As for the food—absolutely phenomenal. Every dish that arrived, whether at our table or others, looked mouthwatering. I found myself wanting to try everything on the menu, my appetite far exceeding my capacity!

On Christmas night, we were very lucky to arrive just before the restaurant closed. We ordered some delicious dishes, and everything tasted amazing. I couldn’t finish my food and took it to go—after reheating it the next day, it was still delicious!

One of the best Thai restaurants I’ve been to. Their menu was extremely large, but after asking for some recommendations from the server, we ordered some of their most popular dishes. Most of their dishes were family style (can easily be shared) for a very reasonable price. I loved their Thai basil chicken! My parents also enjoyed their green curry soup and fried shrimp. I will say that their fried dumplings are rather bland and not worth the price. However, the meal was excellent with great service, and I thoroughly enjoyed their fried ice cream and bananas! Will come back when I’m in the area.

Super yummy! We got two rendang dishes, wontons and satay skewers (which were the best satay skewers we’ve ever had). All of the meat was so flavorful and tender in all our dishes and we’ll definitely be coming back.

Pretty interior and service is nice. Food is very hit or miss.

Tried many traditional Malaysian foods but was mostly disappointed. The roti canai was fine but not flaky enough. The beef satay was also okay but lacking in true flavor (need longer marinade).

The hainan chicken was mediocre. Meat was tender enough but soy sauce was not flavorful enough and they don’t serve chicken rice here which is truly the star of a real Hainan chicken dish. The char kway teow did not taste at all like the real thing. Very bland, no sausages, barely any seafood and no char. The vegetables were also mediocre.

Probably would not return
