I stood at the counter for 30 min waiting for a 2 person meal! No explanation, no apologies, hell no person at the counter for over 15 min! I could of robbed them twice, and still got my food without anybody noticing!!
Issues with the drinks, the food, the condiments…..nothing good anywhere.
Needless to say, I won’t be returning.

The service was quick, the building was well-maintained, and if I wasn’t in such a hurry, I probably would have chosen to sit down and eat. The food was warm, but my only gripe was the fact there wasn’t enough of a slushy (for lack of a better name) to fill up a cup. Although, the cashier did offer to fill the rest of the cup with some other flavor, and I accepted.

Came here a month ago and they said their steam machine was broken and couldn’t make us what we ordered, went to a different Taco Bell tonight and they verified that’s not even a thing. Also when we got home there was nothing we ordered in it.

Ok. Ordered Mike’s hot honey box and food not get what I expected. I expected a big box with lots of goodies. I got individual boxes of 4 pieces of chicken that you couldn’t even taste the hot honey. 2 cold fries and no nuggets. Called. Had to go back to UC from Converse. Wanted free fries but got those apple popper things. By the time I got to eat it was so cold I gave up. Couldn’t put it in the air fryer because chicken was already overdone. Miserable experience. Thank you Christopher for at least fresh nuggets. You got the 3 stars.

Asked for fries made to order then waited 15 minutes for them which would not have been a problem if we received fresh fries but they were lukewarm at best! When my wife went in to dispute this they argued with her saying they were made to order. I swear they weren’t when they finally gave us the made to order fries they were actually hot and fresh not like warm and soggy. Overall waited like 25 min for fries it’s ridiculous and treatment of Customer is also rude. The manager also didn’t acknowledge my wife when she entered to complain my wife had to flag him down and say hello? They also weren’t busy we were the only car in the drive thru and the only people in the dining room.

The food was cold. The tacos shells were hard, stale, and uneatable! They gave us someone elses order. I didn’t realize I started eating out of their bag. She came back to our car & asked for the bag back. I told her I ate out of it. She said she didn’t care. She then gave it to the car in front of us.

We used the drive through for KFC. Person we spoke to to place our order was very friendly and fast. Repeated our order to make sure all was correct which we liked that she did. As she handed us our order she verified again. She was excellent!

$50 wasted. The team members were amazing, but the grease was old enough that all of the family was disappointed. Extra crispy chicken was soggy and almost sand-like in meat texture, and the potatoes from the taco bell menu tasted old and completely dry. Again, not bashing the team, because they don’t get paid enough, but the lack of upkeep on the fryer made the meal a waste.
