I can’t say enough good things about this Pizza Hut! The staff was AMAZING—so friendly and accommodating—and they welcomed our basketball team into the lobby so we could celebrate a quick pizza birthday party together (quick note: we called ahead to make sure dine-in was ok.) The food was fantastic, service was smooth, and the whole experience was warm and positive. It truly brought back the good ol’ days and made such a sweet memory for our team. Thank you for being so kind and making our night!

I took my boys in for a late lunch tomorrow redeem their Book It! coupons. After the initial shock of realizing we actually wanted to dine in rather than pick up and order the two guys working the front got right on it and got us set up. Zachary provided excellent service and all the guys working were friendly with us and the other customers that came in. The dining room was clean and well stocked.

Its been a couple of times now that I order pick up online, I go get my order or like just now send my kids to go get the order and when they come home there are missing stuff that I order. That means that now we have to drive back to get the stuff that I already pay for and do a double drive for the same. Read the receipt before handing the food and make sure everything is been given to the costumers. From now on only ordering from Jets or Dominos. Not even waisting my time calling to just hear and apology, that dont pay for the gas and the bad experience.

It’s been a long time since I was at (any/this) Pizza Hut. They no longer have dine-in service, but you can eat your food inside. There wasn’t even a menu handy. Bottled beverages only. Their POS still asked for a tip; I am unsure what for. The pizza we got was fresh since we waited on it.

Absolute disaster.. is a pizza supposed to look like this!!!!?? Pathetic. There was absolutely nothing to it!! I only chose them because the stuffed crust pizza and I’m completely disappointed. Feeding 4 people and we all feel as if we need another pizza now. I’ll update after I call and complain!!!
Update:: I was given a credit for a whole new pizza. I do understand that this happens and the way the manager handled it was great! I told her I will be redeeming the free pizza tomorrow and I will update everyone on how that goes! I’m boosting my stars from one to three for the way that she handled the situation, with care and respect.

No servers and when you dine in they give your food to you in a box. Also, there pop machine doesn’t work so you have to buy 20oz bottles. More like a carry-out that you can sit down and eat at, not like regular Pizza Huts I am used too.

Came in here on a Monday night a few minutes after 9 with my mom for a couple personal pan pizzas. My mother’s blood sugar levels were so low she was barely coherent (37for those in the know) so I quickly placed our order. I asked for a fountain soda and was told he would give me bottled but not fountain. I told him I wanted fountain and he asked if I was going to pay him $2.25 for his glass. No idea what he was talking about I looked around for a commemorative glass or something while telling him no. Order placed I go out to help Mom in and as I am directing her where to sit at the nearest booth he stops us and says the dinning room is closed. I look at the sign which says open 11-11 and he starts reciting they are open such and such days from such and such time and that he didn’t say anything because he assumed “I knew that. Just like everyone else”. Again, all I’m really care about is getting Mom something to bring her sugar up. I tell him what is going on and ask if he has anything I can give her…he starts in on everything there needing to be prepared. Given no other choice but to buy a bottle of Mt Dew because he clearly isn’t going to help by getting her even a glass of water! Eventually we get our pizzas, I get mom settled in the car to eat, and open mine. Four pieces of pepperoni…and he made these before he realized I wasn’t “just like everyone else” so this is just how they make them.
Here’s the funny part though: soon as we got our pizzas he turned off the light and locked the door. It is only 9:30 and according to him carry out is open until 11pm; so why the locked doors? I mean, this is Marysville not Harlem. Does he actually feel that threatened by a 70yr old woman almost in a diabetic coma and her 5ft 80lb daughter that he feels the need to barricade himself in? Idk…but I’m never eating there again and if it hadn’t been a matter of life or death for my mom I wouldn’t have this time.
Someone needs to correct the sign.

Order for a delivery when it got here I signed the receipt with a 0 dollar tip because a left a tip through the app next day my transaction on my card had changed because the delivery driver added a $5 tip with my permission

This is the worst Pizza Hut! Poor customer service! Good luck getting your order. When you call the store no one knows what’s going on. If I could rate them zero stars that’s what this store is. Absolutely terrible over all!
