Fast food is not really food anymore. Burgers were dry and hard. Fries were cold. The crew were nice but the food left a lot to be desired.

Don’t usually post photos but this salad was gross! This was obviously yesterdays or two days ago salad that they gave me. The chicken smelled and the lettuce was all wilted and gross. They obviously saw the salad because the chicken was heated and they added cheese to it so someone should have known not to give this to a paying customer. I will never drive away trusting they quality of food they have provided.

It truly must depend on whose working bc I’ve had both good and bad experiences from this particular Wendy’s. I went there twice in 2 days and one was very bad amd once was just fine. I’ll be showing the pictures of a Baconator I bought from there just 2 days ago!

This restaurant has terrible service if you’re a pedestrian on foot. If you come here during the evening, you will be told to leave the restaurant and go to the drive-through. So I walked to the drive-through, and was told “come back in your car“ even though I had placed an order on the mobile app for pickup. I generally like Wendy’s, but I am not going to order from this location again.

I don’t know what my cashier’s problem is. But she seemed very angry that she had to work. I picked up my order, which seemed to incite the wrath of a middle-aged woman without a name tag. I work service too, I understand you have a bad day sometimes, but this person was unfairly rude. You could at least try to smile,and if not, at least treat me with respect.

I ordered before I had somewhere to be. 15 mins later my order wasn’t even started, which fine, they were busy and understaffed, I get it. I asked for my order which was placed on the app to be cancelled as I had to leave. The manager was so rude and told me I had to contact Wendy’s customer service to cancel. So I’ve been going back and forth with customer service for over a week now trying to get my money back. They are telling me I have to go through this specific location. So the manager telling me to contact customer service was a lie. I just want my refund!

I don’t even know where to start. This was BY FAR the WORST experience I’ve ever had at any fast food restaurant/ Wendy’s. To start there was literal human feces all over the entire women’s bathroom left by a staff member!! Second, the food tasted like it was old. The entire place was honestly just filthy and you could tell that the staff was not cleaning every night or throughout the day. Very displeased with the entire experience and I will never be going back!

I am posting this as a reminder of how terrible people are. I after working a 16 hour day at work having to be back to work in less than 8 hours made the unfortunate decision to go to this place and attempt to get what they pass off as food however upon arrival at the screen the guy ask for my order I tell him 2 biggie bags junior bacon cheese he says drinks I tell him no drinks he then threats me that I must get drinks because that how it is I thought this was America but nope he then says he has to charge me more if I don’t get drinks charge me more for less food wow I then say I guess I don’t want nothing then and as I get ready to leave because it’s obvious I’m not getting what I want just then the manager in a nasty tone says she does not appreciate me getting mean with her staff ok I said how was I rude she responded she heard the whole conversation she then informed me the her staff member was going to offer me a bottle of water I am speechless right now she the in probably the nastiest tone tells me have a good night so needless to say yeah there is no decorum here sorry for all the run-on sentences I just had to put this out there. What a dumpster fire.
