Not a huge Arby’s guy but came across the 2-can-dine for 16.99. 2 Beef-n-cheddars, 2 drinks, 2 fries, 6pc mozz sticks, and 2 Turnover. Incredible meal and didnt break the bank. Definitely watch for those local coupons. Food was great and meal was huge.

It took 30 minutes to receive our food. They did not give any sauces that we asked for. Their fountain was not working and we still had to pay for our drink that we did not receive. And there was no apology and no compensation for the poor service. Terrible experience. I would recommend ever going here. I would rate this 0 stars if I could.

They would get a 5th star except the door states that their dining room is open until 10 but the doors are always locked at 9. I walk there after I get off work and i would eat there a lot more often if they could adhere to their own signage.

The classic roast beef sandwich with their signature Arby’s sauce is always a hit tender, flavorful, and satisfying. Their curly fries are crispy and well-seasoned, and I love that they offer a variety of options like the Greek gyro or brisket sandwich for something different. The service at my local spot is quick and friendly, and the restaurant is usually clean. My only gripe is that sometimes the prices feel a bit steep for fast food, but the portion sizes and taste make up for it. Definitely a go-to when I’m craving something hearty!

Came to pick up a DoorDash & the lady over the intercom was extremely rude & unprofessional. I understand that restaurants are short staffed because I work at one but I have never took out my anger on a costumer. She totally cut me off & and acted like I was not important MINE YOU the drive thru was completely backed up at the order screen there was no one at eaither window. I did not come off rude or anything but she just started snapping on me as if I did something wrong. Waited on my DoorDash for over 20 minutes ! Very poor service and I WOULD not recommend this restaurant! The lady’s name is yessica the assistant manager!

I can’t really leave a review about food because I didn’t get any food. I drove up to the Shelbyville Road Arby’s at about 9:15pm. My Alexa said that it was due to close by 10:00 p.m. So I got there about 9: 30pm and it was closed all the lights turned off. I wasn’t sure why and I looked at the hours of operation when I got home and it still said 10:00 but maybe that just didn’t mean Sunday night so I don’t know. If you’re going to be closed early on Sunday totally cool I get that but just change your hours so everybody knows. Thanks. Not upset or anything just thought I’d pass that along because Arby’s has always been good.

I went to Arby’s at 4975 Shelbyville rd in Louisville, KY and I found a fried bug in my fries. I posted the picture below. You can see the legs of the insect sticking out. I called this Arby’s location and a lady picked up. I told her what happened but she was rude and hung up on me. I called the Arbys customer service number 2 times. Each time I waited on hold for awhile but the line automatically hangs up on you after awhile so you never get to speak to a rep. I would have taken the food back to get a refund but I was already at home which was a distance away and I didn’t have the time to go back. All I wanted was a refund. I will be writing a letter to the health state department about this. Won’t be eating at Arby’s anymore.

So happy the Orange Creme shake is back in season. The Buffalo Marketplace Wrap is messy but well worth it. Better have some xtra napkins or wipes, oh yeah & ranch. My other half got the French Dip and didn’t enjoy it at all. The fries were hot & delicious!
