We love US pizza. My husband and I always get the supreme salad with the yummy house dressing and share a medium pizza. It’s so yummy!

Decision-Maker
If there is one thing you should know about US Pizza, it would be about their consistency in their food. A lot of people dine at establiments and order something they know they like at each given place because, to them, they can’t go wrong. At US, you can order anything on their menu and you wouldn’t go wrong. Sure, not everything is going to be for everyone. But I’d take my chances on their menu over a lot of other places with the same menu items.

Honestly, I LOVE US Pizza, especially the view out on the patio, what i don’t love is the server I’ve received both time that has ruined the experience. I believe her name is Janica ?? She was very inattentive , seem like she didn’t want to be here and rushed us to order. Before we could even finish a sentence she was storming back inside. When she brought our food we asked for ranch because she didn’t bring it with the food, she met us with a snarky toned “mmhm” I asked for a togo box with a togo drink and she brought them promptly, but then told my boyfriend and I ” y’all can use the same straws, I don’t want to waste more than i have to”… enough said there. I’m mainly just disappointed with this experience because it was close to the same one i had last time with her. coming from someone who has worked in food service, this is not how you treat customers. Definitely won’t be back anytime soon.

No pics. The food was ok. The pizza was decent but overrated. We had a large pepperoni with bacon. Ive had better. The pizza was good as advertised. I had the supreme salad and my wife had the Caesar salad. They are bid and fresh. If I go back it will be for the salad only.

We came from Tennessee to Arkansas and chose to order four large pizzas from here. The pizzas were the size of small pizzas. Maybe a small medium pizza. We ordered Eight ranch cups to go with it for the kids went all the way there pick the food up got home and there was no ranch. Had to go all the way back and get the ranch. The pizza has very little sauce on it and it’s probably the worst pizza I’ve ever ate. A frozen pizza from the grocery store taste better than this pizza. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Came memorial day. Enjoyed the pizza. Its thin and crispy which I enjoy and they are not stingey on toppings. Chips and salsa good. Views nice from the patio. Service was good. Overall I have no complaints.

Got take out so can’t really comment on the service & atmosphere, but they don’t have fries?? So we got chips and queso instead and the chips came in a pre-packaged bag like from the store…and then the boneless wings were just gross & didn’t give us ranch or any dipping sauce so had to eat them dry. The pizza did look good but just an odd experience.

To start with the positive the service was good and the people friendly. My wife ordered the salad supreme and she was happy with it so we’d give that 3.5 as it is basically ice berg lettuce. It was what you come to a pizza place for that was disappointing. We ordered stuffy sticks which seem like hot dog buns with a little mozzarella cheese and some sparse pepperoni and red sauce which I assume is also their pizza sauce. The sauce has very little flavor and basically $10 for these is too much. We ordered the large Italian sausage and veggie pizza. When it came it looked undercooked as the cheese was not very melted and the mushrooms were wet and slimy so I am guessing they come from a can and are not fresh. I should have asked them to take it back and cook it some more but we were hungry. My wife picked up a piece and it folded in half and the toppings slipped off. And it was pretty mushy. She would not eat it. I ate two pieces and they seemed off and undercooked. Later at night my gut felt like a rock so my stomach was not happy with it. We took the rest home and I hoped I could cook it a little better as I hate wasting food and it was almost $20. Popped it in the oven and then finished it with the broiler to try and crisp it up. Almost 20 minutes total and it was still mush in the middle and smelled weird. Into the garbage it went. Trying to be fair with my reviews but overall very disappointed to get sub par breadsticks and pizza at a pizza place. I saw other reviews that the pizza is bland and for the two pieces I ate that describes it well. The restaurant was about half full on a Friday at 530 but the pick line was long so some people must be happy with it.

My brother told me to choose anywhere I wanted to go eat and he’d meet me there. I chose U.S. Pizza on Chenal. Our server was absolutely incredible, it was our pleasure to be seated at her table . I took this photo two years ago when we ate out in the back. This is the view of The Promonade on Chenal from the back porch/deck (minus the storm coming).

I ordered a 10 inch “Dave’s favorite” pizza, which my family brought home for me from their dinner. The one thing asked was for no jalapeños, which it was covered with on top and under the cheese…so it wasn’t salvageable. Even so, I tried to pick them out and reconstruct a single piece to eat. Waste of time. The “Alfredo” sauce was laughable, just not good. It was basically a pizza crust with cheese, and an incredible amount of jalapeños and tomatoes, barely any chicken as well. Made wrong, no flavor…and all for nearly seventeen dollars. I used to like US pizza alright but now I won’t be going back. How can anyone screw up pizza? I mean, it’s PIZZA.
