Stunish views of the Potomac River, the pelicans and seaguls. The place is a restaurant and a betting place. Prices in the menu are good. We ate hush puppys, calamary and key lime pie.

Great lunch on the deck overlooking the water. Much better than expected. All of us were pleased with what we ordered. My wife got the special – Gumbo I had the Mast (Grilled Chicken Sandwich). Our friends had the Rudder (Ruben) and St. John (Steak sandwich). The bill was quite reasonable given the quality and location. Also the sandwiches all came with home made chips that were excellent!

Great views of the local beach and the lake. The food is delicious and cheap as well. Service is pretty good but a little slow (at least the lady that we had) but she did a great job overall. Sit outside and you’ll love it. They do have a bar and lots of TVs inside (nothing like that outside). Definitely recommend it if you’re in the area.

Chicken is always incinerated and dry even when asking please don’t do that.
Marsala sauce is more of a cream sauce/gravey, not a wine sauce and not many mushrooms or onions and no hint of marsala wine.
It was awful.
I’ve always said if I can cook better at home, there’s a problem with the restaurant.
To their credit, sweet potato fries were good.

I’ve always wanted to eat in a sad bingo hall, and Riverboat on the Potomac has helped me realize that dream. I heard there was going to be gambling here and thought they would have Blackjack and the like, but it all seems to be horse games. The food is giving Sysco, but that’s probably just for the limited menu this week.
However, the staff are absolutely fantastic and we all left with a smile on our faces!

This place turned down business , the owner did not want to let us sit down even though the restaurant and the bar had plenty of seats available . She clearly told us that she had the right to not let us into the restaurant . She claimed we had to wait 40 minutes. The place was less than half full .
Stay away from this type of business who picks and chooses who should eat and drink at her place. It’s unacceptable . You should give up being in a hospitality business ..

Not the fancy seafood restaurant it used to be. It’s a run down bar/gambling place now. Prices are crazy and service is terrible. Took 5 minutes to be seated even though the place was almost empty. Took 10 minutes for a waitress to show up to our table. Took another 10 minutes to get drinks. Aside from the bar, the place was nearly empty.

If you’re looking to gamble, this place is probably fine, but as a ‘restaurant’ or even as a sports bar, this place is lacking.
Servers were polite enough, but slow. The place was loud and the food was extremely bland. The chicken tenders, fries, coleslaw, pretzel, even the BBQ sandwich had no flavor at all, no seasoning. The only thing that had any taste were the cups of bbq sauce for the sandwich and the honey mustard. Actual options for food were limited as well

I gave this place a low rating because, not only did we not get prompt seating but I got an upset stomach and diarrhea after eating lunch. The cole slaw tasted rancid and neither I or my friend were able to eat it.
