Chicken is inside the gas station. Looks like they have a drive thru as well. The food was good, but was lukewarm. Still tasty and the biscuit was the best item, even though I didn’t want it.

Most people have reservations about getting food at a gas station other than prepackaged snacks, but this is one place that is the exception.
They have Cajun tenders that were out of this wod. Perfect seasoning made it not to spicy, and the breading was crispy but not really crunchy like biting into a hard candy.
The meat was juicy and the portions were great for the price.
Next time we go through the area, we are going to get more.

Actually blown away by this place. Been burned by truck stop chicken literally 100% of the time, this was fresh and full of flavor. Truck stop itself was clean, cashier/manager was friendly. I just can’t say enough. This will be my stop of choice on this exit from now on.

First time we went here it was good. Today it was awful. The chicken tenders were ok tasting but less than crisp. The biscuit was hard as a rock. The Mac and cheese tasted like it was going bad, a weird metallic taste. The red beans and rice was soupy. If his hadn’t been take out and not worth the drive back, the food would have been returned for my money back.

Best kept secret in east central Illinois! This chicken is simply amazing! The breakfast bowls are huge! Staff is always smiling and takes great care of you! Take it home or enjoy while you travel! Restrooms are world class!

2nd time I’ve stopped at Tuscola location found inside Lambo’s gas station.. chicken was hot, very tasty, moist and perfectly cooked. Crunchy krispy skin is AWESOME! It says Cajun chicken but is NOT really spicy at all. However they have packets of texas pete sauce and honey for their yummy biscuits! Highly recommended.
