NEVER AGAIN! This was BY FAR my worst Subway experience EVER. It took mare than 20 minutes to get my order and there were only 2 people ahead of me????
I should have checked the veggies before getting in line. Lettuce was BROWN on the edges, but I was in line so long I didn’t want cancel my order. I ordered the Beast and the girl making my sandwiches gives me only half the meat. I was so frustrated I didn’t even say anything. Just wanted to get out of there ASAP.
They actually had 2 girls working there, but the other was not even worries about the growing line or trying to get the food out in a timely manner. Both girls move as slow as molasses. They were not rude or anything, but just don’t understand how to handle service.
I don’t like to give bad reviews, but this was exceptionally bad, so I just had to. I’ll go to the Subway near Starbucks, but not the one in Walmart. They are terrible

Quite an unpleasant experience with no idea as to how this subway could end with a higher rating as opposed to the other subway in town. I’ve eaten here many times and after bad customer experience began ordering online. Went to go pick up my order at 6:55 mind you they close at 8. To which I arrived to two kids who seemed to be county their drawer out, out in the open for everyone to see at the only open part of their counter. I patiently waited behind someone who I’d thought was another customer dressed in school/public style attire who turned to look at me along with the employee at the register and stared for a few second before saying “oh, we’re closed” and I had told them it was a good thing I ordered online. I thought it was the end till I got home with my dinner to realize they’d forgotten one of the meat types on a sandwich picked off their original sub menu, and had forgotten to add any olives at all which was clearly shown on the receipt they taped to my sandwich wrapper, and had only one slice of cheese which was a triangular shaped piece from a cut square that only took up maybe 1/6th of the entire sandwich. I’d recommend trying a different location entirely as its never a pleasant visit here with something always wrong with even a printed online order with no customers in line at their store. I know as I’ve seen it happen, ordered food walked around to shop and they hadn’t begun making my food till I walked up 5 minutes past the est. ready time and was told they were gonna get started on it asap. Either the other location or a whole different local sandwich pub if sandwiches is what you’re really craving.

I rarely leave a negative review, as I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt and understanding that everyone can have a bad day. However, my recent experience at this Subway inside of Walmart was one that I cannot overlook. When I approached the counter, Carol (Coral) was the person in charge of assisting me. She actually stated to me, that she was not in a good mood but was at work. Her body language exuded negativity and anger, and it was evident that she did not want to be there. As I placed my order, she sang “People are so lazy” repeatedly, indicating her frustration with someone. I couldn’t help but think that someone with such a bad attitude should not be working with knives. Even at the end of my ordering process, when I asked for two cookies and soft drinks, her body language showed that I had pushed her over the edge. After ringing up my total, she walked away to the back without a single word or glance. I paid using my card, I waited for her to return, but she didn’t. Eventually, I had to reach over the counter and register myself to retrieve my receipt. I had spent $67.91 on a dismal customer service experience that could only be compared to that of a gas station. Carol (Coral) is not fit to work in a customer-facing role, as evident by her lack of respect and disregard for the customers who give her a paycheck each week. It is clear that she needs to find other employment, preferably one that doesn’t involve dealing with the public. Her behavior is a detriment to this business and needs to be addressed immediately

On Tuesday, September 9th we arrived at the ordering counter at 6:06 p.m. Young woman behind the counter mumbled something and proceeded to get on her phone with a personal call. 6:20 p.m. we asked if she was open and she said she’ll be a few minutes. We left without any type of service or recognition customers were in the store. They close at 7!

Generally, I don’t leave reviews for any restaurant. Boys, I have eaten in many subways, this is worst subway experience that I ever had. They ran out of cheese, turkey and even though people are waiting to order, only one staff member working with patience and even though the manager is there, she didn’t even try to help the kid. Not sure how this subway is still in operation…

The new kid at the subway filled the center of my sandwich with green hot peppers, which I didn’t order. It made me feel very sick and seemed either rushed or deliberate. They should be more careful with the sandwiches, even when it’s busy.

Meat sliced so thin you could starve a mouse. The amount of meat on here was so small I am sure this is a salad and not a sub. Hate how skimpy they are becoming.

The wait was incredibly long and they were running low on many ingredients by 1pm. I’m only giving 3 stars because the employee Brandy (who was left alone on day 4 of her employment while the store was very busy) was really holding it together and doing a wonderful job. Wonderful customer service, poor store management.

Nothing is fresh charged 4 dollars to add avocado to my sandwich and cookie is as hard as a rock . Got a combo was supposed to come with two cookies and when she rang it up she looked at the screen and said “it only says one that’s weird” Walked away without explaining to me why I payed 21 $ for a foot long
