I ordered through the drive through. I always order the same thing. 3 nights a week whopper, only ketchup meal and it had no ketchup and everything else on it. The manager was so rude, demanding the whopper, I don’t eat nothing on back which I didn’t want it anyways, it was a big deal that their new employee messed up my order like it. Was my fault? My son wanted to go to BK today because he is a colossal SpongeBob fan, so of course he wanted the meal. The food was standard BK fare but the service of the two ladies working was amazing. They were so kind and accommodating towards my son. We thank you all immensely.

Not often inside, usually only order delivery or drive through but this is my favorite BK in state or out of state. Always good burgers, never the nasty burnt grill taste. Even ordering late at night! 10/10 at all times.

Don’t go to this Burger King! No matter how many times you come here, you will have a bad experience. Either they always mess up on your order or you get nasty food like this. I ordered a spicy royal crispy wrap earlier today and got this. What is that white stuff? This made me lose my appetite. I went already 11:30 so I expected the food to be fresh because of lunch hour but nope. Don’t waste your money here.

Don’t come here! Staff are always clueless. Staff are rude. Food is never made right, is cold, and always old! I will go out of my way to drive to a better location that’s cares and so should you! This location is always looking for management and now I see why!!

I’ve given this establishment numerous opportunities to prove me wrong. Wrong orders, missing items (multiple times) and now rotten chicken. The newest deluxe chicken sandwich even!! I will say that all orders mentioned (minus today’s) had been corrected upon my next visit. Though, the manager himself deflected blame to “my lacking 14 year old employees”.

Normally, I’d give it a 5, but this evening they appeared understaffed and rudderless .. the chicken nuggets were not ready (understandable) so I was directed to pull over to wait. After ~10 mins, I went in. Still took a good while to be seen – but eventually was given my order. Noted also the frozen coke was not really frozen. Much better at other times. I like BK and this site. The staff there are good young people! Just being honest about the experience.
