After Christmas shopping and seeing Santa what better way than to end the shopping/traveling trip with an experience at Pizza Hut.
Unfortunately we did not get the experience that, matched our craving for pizza hut.
We walked in and was greet with a manager explaining that the dining room was closed. He explained that we were welcome to sit down but no one would be waiting on us. When we wanted to order we had to do it from the counter.
We were over an hour from home and hungry so what choice did we have. We sat in a empty cold dinning room. Ordered our food at the counter. But the manager did bring us our drinks in cups. He also took the time to bring our food out to us in the empty dinning room. And left us to eat our pizza.
The pizza was great, everything our mouth and belly needed.
Would I go back? Promise not. Which is sad cause this pizza hut is over a hour away from us, no reason to drive back again.

The food was ok , drinks had no ice and they were out of fountain drinks so they poured out of a 2 liter and still charged us 3$ a drink. The waitress wore a disgusting dirty stained hoody and the extremely loud Rap music and electric heaters everywhere were enough for me to write this bad review. Management needs to do better.

I called about 11:30 on Saturday 12/20, I confirmed that I was driving from Perry City NY and meeting up with my Daughter there. They confirmed They had indoor seating and no problem. We got there at 3:30 after 1 hour and 15 minute drive, the women behind the counter said the indoor dining was closed that they were understaffed. OK, then why was there people sitting at a two tables eating. Why was there a waitress standing right next to us. Why where there cooks making pizza’s. The girl was very rude. And she lied to our face.
As everyone knows there are only a couple of Pizza Huts left that offer indoor dining and we love and miss Pizza Hut. They all closed near us. I told her we drove over an hour and I called first. Her answer was well there is a pizza hut near Syracuse to go there. I didn’t get mad it wasn’t worth it, instead I went to a restaurant down the street that we passed on the way to you who was short handed and packed and we had the best food service and food, Yes we had to wait a bit but we didn’t mind. Thank You Pizza Hut for introducing us to Kosta.. Our new meeting place when I come to visit my daughter.

Pizza wasn’t ready when we got there. We had to wait an additional 10 minutes. But I have to say, the crust was much better and like the original pan pizza crust. Last time tasted like flour Also, loaded with toppings. We ordered the 2 large supreme supreme specialty pizza for $19.99+$2 each for the pan pizza crust
Not a bad deal, only on Tuesdays.

7 of us went to Pizza Hut for the lunch buffet on a Sunday in a snow storm and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and the buffet items were hot and replenished frequently. I also appreciate that they were open during the inclement weather.

….3-26-24 update went here again today. They have the pizza buffet every Tuesday from 12-2pm.It had a nice variety of pizzas and pastas. The place was very busy…. They have ample parking. The parking lot itself has Huge pot holes and is in need of repair. So be careful in the parking lot with your vehicle.Typical pizza chain food menu. Went here for lunch with my daughter. It sucked to hear they no longer do the pizza lunch buffet. We used too live too get thet. They still have a salad bar though. The salad bar seemed to have less toppings available. I ordered the all you can eat salad bar for $9.99.My daughter ordered the new lunch special they have. It comes with a drink .You pick any two from a list for $9.99 .She ordered the personal pan pizza & wings. You can also choose one topping for the pizza. she got pepperoni. I was surprised it came with the bone in wings. Was glad because my daughter isn’t a big fan of boneless wings.Overall the food was ok. It was standard pizza hut quality. The crowd started too pick up. They only had waitress on when we were there. The server was very attentive still though.

The large New Yorker for $10 you’re better off going to a convenience store and getting a real pizza with keys and sauce on it. If you want regular cheese, you gotta order extra cheese. No cheese, no sauce.

Stopped here on a road trip because we’ve missed Pizza Hut since they closed all the dine-in locations in our area years ago. And it’s just not the same taken out. Building and grounds could use some love but service was friendly and pizza didn’t disappoint.

Lynette the waitress provided excellent and quick service. The cheese breadsticks came out fast and were delicious. The boneless wings were crispy outside and juicy inside. The pizza was a large and was more than enough for my wife and I. We took an entire box of food and to-go cups of soda home. We had a coupon which saved a few dollars. The entire meal cost $30. Would definitely return. Keep up the good work!
