Reviews
I have lowered rating one star. It is hovering between 2 1/2 (disliked it) and 3 (its ok). Let’s get right to it. This establishment is located on the space where once stood an old farmhouse. The very one I lived in. So its a special spot for me and I visit it frquently. I joke that it’s like getting home cooked food. But in reality, our homecooked food was much healthier.
As for the business here today, I’ll start by saying, I have only encountered friendly, courteous employees, without fail. My orders have been, for the most part, made fresh and were given to me hot and cooked properly. I’ve only had, a couple of times, burgers that were not put together with care, having that ‘thrown together’, sloppy, assemblance. It happens at all places, from time to time, so I look for consistency on an average. This seems to be ok here, but could be watched for (Hint to managers to watch for as this WILL drive customers away). Otherwise the employees get an A from me, for their friendly and attentative service.
The lower star rating is because of store hours. They are listed, here on Google maps, the most used service of all, as 6am to 12am. I arrived this evening at 11:30pm and they had already closed the drive through. This was, and I am speculating here, reminiscent of other business I have seen that the owner tells management, if it’s slow and no customers, close early. Thinking this will save $$ on elctricity, employee wages, etc. Here’s the flaw in that logic. If you advertise your hours as such, and close before that time, in this case a full half hour early, then you have customers drive to you only to find your closed early. They won’t come back. Ever. Its like being lied to. Same as not opening on time. Let’s face it, your business needs customers more than customers need your business. That’s just fact. There’s a dozen other places to go within minutes from you. The remedy? The same thing that started chain-businesses; Duplication. Duplication = Percision. Percise food preperation. Percise Customer Interactions. Percisely trained employee’s. Percise Hours of Operation.
In conclusion, I offer this honest, straight forward, accurately descriptive review, based on personal experience and observations, to help your business to improve. This leads to more loyal, returning, happy customers, which in return create a more profitable business. Hire a business analysist that can offer you tips in stream lining every aspect of the business and oversight recommendations. An overall rating of 3.7 on Google can and should be improved upon, for your own profitability and the overall satisfaction of your clientel.
Just food for thought.
After ordering, I realized that the meal doesn’t automatically come with ‘Thing Rings’ haveta request them, and it also doesn’t come with churro fries.
Yay for advertising!
Also this location is about $2 more than some other locations too.
