Ordered a 2 piece spicy with biscuit, mashed potatoes, and red beans and rice with large fanta strawberry soda. All of my food was cold and bland. This location doesn’t have a drive thru. Soda machine is behind the counter which means you have to keep asking workers for soda. Reporting live from SSNRADI0.

Visited the new Popeyes location around 2:00 PM. The cashier at the register was very courteous and professional. The rest of the staff seemed genuinely willing to help, but the store felt unorganized and unmanaged. Everyone looked like they were trying their best, yet the line kept growing and the wait for our order was extremely long for a fast-food spot.
One surprising issue: they were already out of honey packets that early in the day, which didn’t help the experience.
On the positive side, the food tasted good and was fresh. But the long wait times and the difficulty getting a worker’s attention for sauces and my soda make it hard for me to want to return anytime soon. Hopefully they tighten things up—if the service improves, I’d be open to giving it another try later.

I just ordered from this new popeyes for the 1st time and it was a great experience. Very friendly staff, who are working hard to get this new place running smoothly. I’ll definitely be back.

Is this place new. I love Popeyes food. Today I got a 5pc tender and 2 sides. Side delish. Chicken was warm at best. I’ll be back. Today was an off day or the chicken was just left in the warm at wrong temp.

Popeyes has never been the same sense.It was sold back in 2017.I think. The chicken doesn’t have the same flavor it use to, the red beans and rice or a lot smaller and they have lost some of that smoky flavor they had and spices , I think they’ve cut back , give you less and charge you more. I lived in New Orleans where it started, and that was the first time I ever had Popeyes, and it was fantastic, not like the stuff they give you today.It was a decent meal for thirty bucks , but not what it used to be

Went to the Southern and 441 location earlier today and they were great. Customer service was great especially the manager, she was very accommodating with my requests and made sure everything was done correctly. Food was fresh and did not take long to get my order. Would definitely be back again!

Nice location, friendly staff I was greeted as soon as I walk in, the staff had my food ready I didn’t have to wait long at all plus it was hot and fresh and it tasted amazing. i went to this location at 5:20pm today 2/6/26, as i was walking in an employee was leaving the kitchen and swung open the door hard and fast and hit me with it. i didn’t say anything at the time because it was clearly an accident but i am bruised and have some small marks on my hand from the door/door handle and it does hurt. a very cramped space as well, i know it was the “grand opening day” so it’s expected that it is busy but there was about 10 people in the lobby and you could barely walk around! can’t speak for the food because i only got a diet coke. management was made aware really I’m not looking to cause any issues just to bring awareness to it the door from the kitchen is right next to one of the entrances that way could happen again and happen to anyone, if it was an elderly person or a child they would’ve been knocked to the ground

I placed a to go order and picked it up today , it was my 1st time at this Popeyes and I have to say it’s one of the nicest ones I’ve ever been to My food order was warm and ready to go when I arrived, and I will definitely be back
