Be sure to order a size larger. Think of it like Wish, Temu, or a Lays bag of chips… you get half of what you paid for. If im paying $6 for a coffee, I would like the cup full… Now that doesnt mean add more ice so you get a order of ice with a side of coffee. Also consistency is key, these are the exact same order “bacon jam grilled cheese”… Tell me why one wasnt toasted, missing the american cheese, and looked as if it was barely put together. However the second one was made correctly by the manager… When they have time to be the team is sweet however the care on what they serve is a little under par for a fast food breakfast and coffee place. You can put a good manager anythere, but if the team doesnt help her, she will never succeed. Time and time again I try going back to give them another chance, yet I’m let down 90% of the time. I will just have to learn my lesson and go elsewhere.

The manager/shift lead/person telling everyone what to do there has consistently had the worst attitude when confronted with having to do her job. The other employee’s genuinely seem like sweet people, but this is the third time I’ve gone in and she looks like she wants to light the whole place on fire. She will not accommodate or fix anything for you, even with being talked to politely. I understand that fast food is fast food, and there’s a certain expectation on customer service. I understand that this Dunkin receives a good amount of service for the morning. I’ve worked customer service jobs, so I get it. But this woman is consistently rude for no other reason that I can think of, then having to work and manage people. Please for the love of god, at least pull her to the side and have a conversation about the way she talks to customers and her own employees, it’s the most uncomfortable energy in a fast food kitchen I’ve ever seen. Also, ordered a sandwich, to which the had run out something for it. All cool, but then when coming home, I discovered that I not only didn’t get the original sandwich I ordered, but a completely different sandwich entirely. Again, accidents happen, but this mixed with the attitude of the manager when she was forced to ask me what I wanted to do with my order, and paying 22$ for wrong sandwiches and bad iced-coffee, I’m so good on never going to this location again. I hope the employees there at the very minimum understand that they didn’t do anything wrong, and multiple times while I was waiting, asked me if needed anything and what specifically I was waiting on. I’m sorry you have to work under someone who very clearly failed up into that job, or was once a cool employee who is burned out and taking it out on any unfortunate soul who walks into the actually establishment.

I’m so glad I checked the reviews. The women always in the blue shirt is HORRIBLE. Always has an attitude and I wish I took a picture. But if you get a medium she will fill it up 50% drink 20% whipped cream with the actually whipped cream LID being completely empty every single time with LOTS of ice too.
And this is so sad I’m writing a review about a 6.50$ drink?? But it’s happened 4 times now to me, and everyone else writing these reviews. And I’m pretty sure she’s supposed to be a manager..? Like what.

This place offers excellent service and execution on orders. I’ve ordered Megan’s Mango Protein Refresher three times, not just for the drink, but also because of the outstanding service. Shelby, the manager, creates a wonderful atmosphere for the store.

Decided to stop for some drinks. Ordered 2 large Strawberry dragon fruit lemonades. Repeated it twice. Go around to pay I’m handed two large pineapple mango drinks. I kindly say no I don’t think those are mines. The lady that took the order pushes forwarded and says yes that’s what you ordered. I said no I didn’t, you know how I know I didn’t my son who one of the drinks were for is allergic to pineapple. She then rolls her eyes and says what ever and instructs another worker to make new drinks. Now I get that things can be busy and hectic but acknowledge when you’re wrong. Will not be returning EVERRR

Since the new young woman took over managing the morning shift this Dunkin has transformed. She is on fire. I no longer worry about long drive thru lines and my coffee is perfect. She has turned that location around.

I mean the bare minimum on making a wake up wrap is to fold it correctly right? At least that’s my impression. Today I ordered two wake up wraps and both, yes you read that right…BOTH of my wraps looked like the picture below. My toddler could wrap that better. The first wrap didn’t even have the egg sitting in the wrap. If making food is this hard for you I think it’s time to find a new occupation. Two words…bare minimum.

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin almost every morning for two years and never had an issue until today I ordered my usual cold brew with one cream but the sticker said 4 creams and it looked very light. When I mentioned it the employee (her name was Shawby or something like that) refused to change it said she “knows what she made” and to not mind the sticker, then rushed me. when I insisted, she got upset and said, “Omg fine, I’ll do another one.” Really disappointing attitude from a place I’ve been loyal to for years.
