This use to be my favorite spot to get food, but over time everything started to get worse. The wedges are now fried differently and are both crispy and soggy at the same time, the chicken tenders themselves have went down in size a good bit in the past year. At the drive through you are talking to a robot instead of a person. And most of the time it messes up and the person ends up having to take over and speak, i have not gone for a while and i wanted to go again to check if any changes were made. Once i opened up my meal i saw multiple hairs inside the mac and cheese. Like they were in there before being mixed and then mixed into the whole batch. Tenders are the same soggy but crunchy. But after seeing the mac i couldn’t even think to eat anything on the plate.

Sorry that we dropped by 5 minutes before closing!!!!
Yes, we went into this place not knowing that it was closing. As you can see we had a small meal. It would not take us no more then five minutes to eat.
There was a person mopping the floor that told us after we sat down that the door are going to to be locked and to let them know when we are done so we can be let out. A few minutes later this female supervisor if that what IT was told us that they was close and WE had to stop eating and leave the store.
Tell me… Is this the way you treat a paying customer?
I have work at many fast food place that I know there are going to be those that will come in right before closing. I will inform them that we are about to close and the dining room is currently closed but I will love to take your order and make it for take out.
If there is any diner still eating I will tell them that we are closed now and will be locking the door and tell them to finish eating and let’s us know when you are done.
Another words. I will never never inconvenience my customers and make them feel unwelcome. I always allow them to enjoy their meals so that way they keep coming back and spending more money.

I used to enjoy coming to this place but now they have an automated drive thru & I’m not crazy about it. The food is good & the young folk running it we’re always polite and did a good job. The automated service is limited as they tend to be. May consider somewhere else for my chicken fix.

Service was GREAT!, BUT this food SERIOUSLY I paid $6 for 2 chicken tenders that would not even touch a toddlers appetite WHAT A DISAPPOINTED!!!If I would have looked vefire I left I would have demanded my money back!!

Customer service is AMAZING. I had a large order for my class today and the Door Dash person kept some for himself. The staff and manager went out of their way to make sure the situation was rectified. They personally delivered the missing items. Everything was delicious and fresh. My students and teacher helpers were happy and full!! We truly appreciate the kindness and going above and beyond!

Question? How long have you had a surcharge for using a credit card vs cash? This is the first time I noticed it on the receipt. If other chicken places…chikfila, kfc, Popeyes… or other fast food places don’t pass on the surcharge, what does that say about your business model. Do you post in your store this policy? Transparency is key to customer service. If not posted, just be honest and raise your prices.

The food is always great from here, but the staff is where this place really stands out. The manager Steven really knows what he’s doing. No matter how busy this place is the crew always seems to have a handle on things. It’s clear he thinks and cares about his customers, as well as the workers that look up to him. The rest of the staff is exceptional too, always serving promptly with a smile on their face. It really is service that goes above and beyond what you’d ever expect from a fast food location.

Their chicken is always delicious. The ordering for the drive thru window is AI, which is a little weird, but is accurate and can answer questions. The people at the window are always very friendly.

Previous review was an incorrect order, but since then we have gone back and the order is always correct! Today I went to get a chicken sandwich and they said it would be a five minute wait, which was no big deal. They made the chicken sandwich fresh for me and it was delicious!!! And both employees that I interacted with were nice and had good customer service!!

Almost drove off without the potato wedges. An employee ran out of the store and flagged me down before I left the parking lot. The staff are friendly, dedicated, and definitely hard working.
