Both girls who were working on 11/13 at 4pm, were extremely rude. The girl at the register had an attitude problem and clearly wasn’t happy about being there. There was an elderly man ahead of us and she was having an attitude issue and rolling her eyes at him. By the time is was our turn, I was going to pay with my Starbucks app card and she couldn’t explain as to why that form of payment wasn’t accepted. When I ask her to explain she responded with an attitude. My friend ordered a holiday drink to get the red cup and it wasn’t given to her. When she asked about it, the other girl who was making the drinks, seemed not happy about giving the cup. She put the lid on the cup and handed her the cup aggressively. Both girls were very unprofessional and rude.

Starbucks please do better. Went in on August 15, 2022 at 1:44 pm as you can see on my receipt. Ordered a trenta mango dragon fruit refresher. As soon as I paid the barista told me my drink was ready, which was strange to me considering I had barely ordered it. I took my drink and got on my car and noticed the label on the drink was from a order time of 1:24 and the label information was not what I ordered. The drink had no ice it tasted watered down and the dragon fruit in the drink was all disolved. Will not go back to this Starbucks. If I pay for a drink I expect a fresh drink to be made not for you to give me something that was sitting on your counter for 20 minutes!

I ordered with the Starbucks app while I was picking up a few things at Fry’s. The young lady that was at the mobile order area, just didn’t seem to wanna be there. She helped me right away, but I found myself being the polite and respectful one, saying, please, and thank you, without getting a hello, or a you’re welcome. Something so simple that goes a long way, without the client -> you don’t get paid please remember that.

My wife treated my kids to Starbucks this morning while at fries and my youngest struggled to make a selection for 30 seconds. The person for Starbucks rolled their eyes and literally said “this is why you don’t bring your kids to Starbucks in the morning”!!! Are you kidding me? Good job Starbucks we will never go to your store ever again. For the price we pay have a little patience or don’t serve people. My wife walked away.

When I went this last weekend. I was rudely pointed to a sign that I couldn’t order my drink and that the expresso machine has been broken since Monday. I understand being tired and a little cranky due to the let down that is out of this baristas control (I have worked in customer service too). But this barista was condescending making me feel bad that I didn’t read the sign beforehand and didn’t even offer me a receipt or say anything as she rang me up for a cake pop I ended up ordering. I did not provoke this behavior and I don’t think there is any excuse to treat a customer like this especially unprovoked. Definitely won’t be back for a while.

Went there at 6:30 today and asked if I could use a gift card to purchase smaller gift cards. The man was friendly, the woman was very rude and told me I could not. I came back a couple minutes later to purchase a cup and some gift cards. I even pointed out I was not going to beable to use the gift card. She rudly pushed her way into the conversation and intrupted and told I can’t, even though I was doing a normal purchase.

My drink was made perfectly, but her attitude was not pleasant. I asked for a knife to use with my egg bites, and she was irritated, for some reason. The older lady, who was the cashier was very friendly.

Awful customer service! And to top it off it has been twice (two different visits) that I ask for the honey citrus mint tea and it’s awful, no flavor, not enough honey, it’s just almost hot water. Not going back there again. I don’t think they know what to put in it or the measurements.

The customer service at Starbucks inside of Frys on Old West Highway is the best! Coffee is always hot and the people are friendly.
