I gave three stars because the service has not always been bad. I have been into this Starbucks many times within the last month, but I went in the other day and questioned the level of my drink. And I don’t know if it was the manager or one of the other employees, but she looked at me and said “yes you had the same question last time you were in here.” And then she proceeded to show me all my cup how much liquid and ice and whatever. I just looked at her and walked off.I thought that was really rude of her. But there has been twice including the other day where my drink levels seemed a little low so of course I’m going to question that because any of the other Starbucks I’ve been to that range from New York, Florida, Arizona, and other places in Virginia have never done it this way. So either everybody else is overfilling their drinks or the one in Danville is doing it by standard. I don’t have a problem with it being done by standard, but don’t shame the customer when it doesn’t look like you guys put enough into the cup. I got a latte about a month ago and once the foam had settled and I opened the cup, I had just a little over half of liquid. I’m sorry, but that’s a rip off. So everybody needs to stick with the standard and be consistent for how they make the drinks and yes management is responsible for ensuring this because then you have customers like me who get really confused and we all know that Starbucks is not cheap so why would I pay 5 to 7 dollars a drink if I don’t have enough of the product? Thanks.

They need competent people at the drive thru. Said I had a coupon and the elderly woman looked at me like I had 2 heads and couldn’t even enter it after I gave her the code and showed her. I guess I’ll continue to give 7 Brew my business. They’re cheaper anyways

My 9 year old granddaughter wanted to go there and she ordered a medium mango dragon fruit lemonade and a chocolate chip cookie and it was over $10. I’m a bit frugal so this is not a place I would patronize on a regular basis. She really enjoyed the drink and chocolate chip cookie and said she should have gotten two.

I bought a cup of espresso, and while leaving, the cup tipped and spilled all the espresso. I returned, planning to purchase the same order, but was “embarrassed” for spilling my 1st cup and just gave the short version of my name. The employee still recognized me, even though my first order was inside, and I returned 3 minutes later in the Drive-thru. She looked at me and asked, “Did you spill yours?”. I was surprised, and sheepishly said yes, while offering my debit card. She said, “Don’t worry.”, and handed my my new cup. Thank you ladies. I was impressed!

Terrible mocha frappucino with Java chips. Tasted like iced coffee drink. No sweetness to drink. This is second time at this location I have been disappointed with drink.

Spelled my name wrong even though I spelled it. Got a refresher that was warm should have been cold. All the people working had smart ass attitudes. Didn’t feel welcome at all. Drinks, brownie and service was bad.

Wouldn’t have even known I was there. Was never acknowledged, had two employees look directly at me and couldn’t even get a “hi”. If you like customer service I would highly recommend the Piney Forest location. I understand people get busy as I have worked in places like this but it doesn’t take much. Any effort would’ve been appreciated.

So between the location on Mall Dr and Piney Forest Rd I am pretty frequent flyer. I grab several cups a week as well as gift cups of happiness throughout each week however this week that all
Changed. I had went in the Mall Dr location to work on a few things but it didn’t quite go as planned. After sitting my bag down I went to grab a cup
Of water, with grabbing a coffee on the way out in mind however I was told that by Lauren or Laura that I had to make a purchase first.

Now I doubt that a cup of water would break the Starbucks bank account however I was told that I would have buy somthing before they could issue me a cup of water. I simply wanted to work for a little bit while enjoying a cup of water while looking forward to my White Chocolate Mocha for the drive.

Although very inconvenient, this was a confirmation that I should either support local
Coffee shops or perfect my cup.. nevertheless I’m done with Starbucks, you’ve gotten too big for your britches I’ll just take my money elsewhere!

I had a coupon on my app for a free beverage or bakery item for my Birthday, so I stopped by to redeem it. The drive-thru line was a mile long, so my son and I decided to go inside. There was no line at the counter which was great! I got a venti Sugar Cookie Latte which is one of their holiday offerings for this year.
My husband and son both got venti Mocha mint Frappuccino’s. There were quite a few people at the tables, and about 4 or 5 employees. The cashier was friendly. The counters were dirty, and unstocked, and the vacant tables were also dirty.
I went out to the car to wait, as I was feeling unwell, and my son waited for our order.
We waited… and waited… and waited. Apparently the majority of the people at the tables were all waiting on orders. We had an appointment to service our car, and we were going to be late.
Finally we got our beverages. I have had the Sugar cookie several times both hot, and cold. This one was weak and watery with hardly any flavor at all.
They have now started wrapping their lemon loaf in cellophane, which I like. It’s a hit or miss situation with Starbucks depending on the location. This one was a miss.
