No crowd but they could of been making online orders ouch ! No…I wish I had start timing at beginning ordering was long waiting at window was long my 18 dollars should of been paid to me to eat it at least 30min my fish was hot only so disappointed. The hush puppies were good slightly warm and tasty and my red velvet cheesecake was a tasty late dessert! 3 and the fact that it won’t allow me to post until I score high I guess is a fit for the company then why ask

There are no longer any Long John silver’s in my area, so I went over to St Louis on Graham Road off of Hanley and bought a two-piece fish and six shrimp meal, now I truly see why they are going out of business
My fish look like a piece of leather my shrimp had all kind of black marks in the batter, needless to say I will not be going back there to that location.
I spent over $15 on this meal that I could not really eat, I know times are hard but they are hard for everyone but to serve food like this
The only thing nice about this place was the young lady in the Drive-Thru.
I will no longer need to make a special trip over there, I’ve had enough!

The Manager has reached out to me but nothing was mentioned about them making up for the
LEATHER FISH OR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY I’VE ALREADY SPENT THERE, SO NO MORE TRIPS TO THIS PARTICULAR RESTAURANT!

It was an okay experience. When we walked in we weren’t greeted immediately but they were working. Once I informed them of my mobile order, they started to make the food. It would have been nice for someone to let me know it had to get made. The food was pretty good. I got the fish and fries platter with a drink. I usually get their fish sandwich because it is delicious and crunchy!

This location repeatedly leaves out items from my uber order and the food arrives very messy and slopped together. The first time they left out the food they tried to blame the driver saying they must have stole it but the second time the bag was sealed and I still was missing items. Don’t blame the drivers for your incompetency..

This day everything was so on point. I got full after my first piece of fish but for the price of the 6 dollar basket I had to finish it. The young lady who took my order which I believe was the manager I promise you is why I spent so much that day. She remain calm cool and collected with everyone in there and it was a few people in there ordering & her drive thru was humping. Not once did she yell like I see in other establishments, not once did she get out of character and that meant a lot to me! She accommodated my needs and means when it came to not having my side and gave me another side with no argument she deserved the real MVP AWARD.

Worst customer service of my life. There were 5 people in front of me at the drive through and 2 left because of the wait, so only 3 ordered. I was in line for nearly 30 minutes. When I got to the speaker she asked me to hold on and then there was silence for about 10 minutes. When she got back, she asked me for my order 3 times. It wasn’t difficult, I got 1 combo. I got to the window and sat for a long time and then she asked me what I ordered again. I was pretty mad at this point so I asked why they were having so much trouble with my order. I told them again what I ordered. She finally handed me my food and didn’t say anything. It was the wrong order.

I went on the 18th of October and the fish was cooked fresh but the hush puppies and fries were cold and hard I was upset because they took awhile with the food for just half cold and half cooked . I ain’t ate there in 3 years i think it will be right to try one more time before I’m completely done for sure we have to do better people because things are expensive and we are paying good for every meal so I think it’s only right it’s fresh and hot.

Extremely understaffed. The manager also wasn’t helping employees. Out of various sodas and no ice in the fountain. Took almost 30 minutes to get our food at a non prime time too.

It was a good time at Long John Silver’s. The food is was crunchy and hot, the service was energetic and I left satisfied with my meal as customers rang the bell on the way out. Would have given 5 stars but the price was a little on the high side.

Got in the drive through line a 11:57am and didn’t leave 12:30 pm. The cashier didn’t turn off her headset or acknowledge me talk to her when she ask “how can I help you” smh bad all around…..p.s. looked inside when pulled off and had two people in line hardly anyone in there.
