The experience was extremely disappointing. The girl at the front counter was exceptionally rude and unprofessional, speaking dismissively and with a harsh tone. She hurried me through the ordering process, not giving me enough time to decide or ask questions. I also suspect she might have been the manager due to her authoritative demeanor. Because of this negative encounter, I will definitely choose not to return to this location.

Stopped in for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I was craving. Service was fast and friendly, and my order was spot-on. The restaurant was clean and well-kept, which always makes my experience better. Perfect place when you want something quick without sacrificing quality. I’ll definitely be back!

i would advise anyone ordering door dash from here to not do it. they always get my order wrong and today they “forgot” to put the happy meal in the bag and also only put onions on my cheeseburger when i added lettuce and mayo and it’s clearly on the receipt. if you can’t do a simple job such as McDonald’s maybe you shouldn’t be working at all. also my burgers were ice cold.

I keep ordering items with 0 cheese on them like hamburgers and plain McGriddles, and they keep adding cheese to my food. I never thought I’d have to check if they added items I didn’t even order, so I didn’t check it before leaving. Very hungry now, don’t recommend

It’s a McDonald’s, so what do you expect. I grab breakfast for the family here at least once a week. I order on the app five to ten minutes before I arrive. I choose one of the designated parking spaces and tell the app I am waiting. But it always takes 10 minutes for someone to bring the food to the car. Don’t get me wrong, the food is always warm, no complaints on the food. But I would get food faster by going through the drive-thru window. So what’s the purpose of the app?

They messed up on all of are food and they don’t even know how to make ice cream some of the workers there need to get FIRED this is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been too and they have some workers that just walk around and do nothing I would not go here until they change there staff

Service was horrible. Was ignored while standing in line and when we got our food the fries were cold and not full orders. Not even our burgers were correct. Defiantly will not be going back

Horrible! Ordered a few things off the menu, but they got my order so wrong! first off, I ordered a spicy deluxe mccripsy, opened up the package (the package itself was correct, it clearly for the spicy deluxe mccripsy) but it wasn’t even chicken! Straight up a beef patty… our drinks were in size “small” even though I ordered size Mediums. When the workers handed to me, I asked if they were size M, due to how the sizes look so tiny… they confirmed it is. That was a LIE. It def said “S” on the plastic cups. I ordered a “iced mocha” & they put it in a hot cup.. never in my life have seen anything like that. And all three of my M fries were not even filled more than halfway! Horrible, please do better.

Found black hair in my food (my hair is blonde) my drink was not full when I received it, fries are stale and cold, and the guy at the register yells out orders like it’s funny, but it’s not. Very unprofessional!

Every time I have been here in the past 2 years every single table is dirty. The ketchup dispenser is filthy with ketchup on the counter. The floors have not been swept. And the upholstery is excessively worn. Do not recommend. If the lobby looks like this, what does the kitchen look like?
