This Starbucks is amazing. The Leadership Team and Staff at this location are very professional, knowledgeable, and always go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. They have a vibrant and cheerful atmosphere and are located in a great location – right across multiple stores in Bonita Springs. The store is kept super clean and spotless, and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee is the first thing you’ll notice walking in. We visit this location on a daily basis and have always had a positive experience. The Baristas will ensure your drink is tailored to your specifications, exactly as requested.

These ladies are working their butts off! They are doing window orders, desk orders and mobile orders. Starbucks needs to get more employees instead of making these young ladies work so hard. Keep it classy Starbucks. The baristas shouldn’t be stressing because the orders are overwhelming. They handle themselves well. Matcha was great!

I did a mobile order and waited for about 5 minutes for my second drink in my order. Said “hello” to get someones attention 3 times and they all turned their heads to ignore me. I was late for work, mobile order is suppose to be efficient. Yet you guys assumed my order was done with just the one drink and asked everyone else around me if they needed help or if they have been helped. I order 2 Trenta Refreshers. I waited in total probably 10 minutes and was late to work by 4 minutes. Thanks so much!

Worst Starbucks ever. They open at 4:30am well its 4:45am and there are 3 women i can clearly see working. But the doors are locked and no one is answering the drive thru. I can understand if you need to open a little later because your running behind. But completely ignoring me and laughing at me when I try and open the door like im the one thats wrong. Definitely disgusting behavior and another reason dunkin doughnuts will always be choice number 1. Great way to start the new year Starbucks.
