We had walleye both fried and grilled, both were good, perhaps a little under seasoned. The pork tenderloin was very good as well. We had great service around 5 pm on a weekday. All the big model planes hanging from the ceiling were cool.

This is a popular place that relies solely on word of mouth to bring in customers. I tried their famous Elephant Ear Tenderloin and I found it to be very tasty and reasonably priced. It goes great with either mustard or pickle. Onion rings were good but that tenderloin really filled me up so I could not finish. Heard a lot of people raving about the pie. Didn’t have room in my belly for any. Will try some next time.

Super fun, friendly staff who always provide the best service! Love their B&G and hasbrowns (get them smothered in their homemade gravy!) If you’re a fried mushroom or country fried steak fanatic, you won’t be disappointed! I don’t know how they make them, but they’re the bomb BEST little mom and pop spot in Coles County!

Great little restaurant right on the airport. Highly recommend coming here for the $100 hamburger! Plenty of parking out front and the food prices are very reasonable!
