I started coming here because I worked at the barbershop above the restaurant over a year ago. After trying out my first order I was hooked. The owner is extremely friendly and welcoming. She makes you feel like family. The food is cooked with care every time. I’ve never had a bad experience here nor a bad meal. It is always a pleasure to eat and visit Las Fajitas!!!

We recently visited Las Fajitas Mexican Restaurant, but not for the usual reason — we came specifically for their ice cream and paleta bar — and it was absolutely worth it! They offer 14 flavors of ice cream and over 10 different flavors of paletas (Mexican popsicles), and everything looked incredible.
The owners were so friendly and welcoming, answering all our questions and letting us sample as many flavors as we wanted. You could tell they were proud of what they had created, and their hospitality made the experience even better. Every flavor we tried was delicious — it was honestly hard to choose just one!
Everything about our visit was great, and now we can’t wait to come back and actually try the food. If the ice cream and paletas are any indication, the rest of the menu must be amazing too!

The churros were perfection and the food was incredible. They have multiple nacho options which is my favorite thing, so was glad to see I had choices. We were offered samples of all the sauces and ice creams, and you could tell that she really cared about the food and the service. The location might not be fancy on the outside but the inside is bright and cheery and spotless. We will eat here again for sure.

This is our new favorite Mexican food restaurant, since we discovered this hidden gem. Family-owned, small space , a very nice people , we have only had it to -go and they close pretty early , but we love it! Oh and let me not forget they have HOMEMADE ice cream and popsicles ( YUMMY!)

I need to HIGHLY encourage everyone to experience the flavors of Las Fajitas in Hermitage! If you’re needing a new lunch break location, new place for date night or just really craving some authentic flavorful food….RUN on over‼️They even offer catering. I could go on and on about everything my family and friends have tried so far but you have to go for yourself. Support local!

Yummy welcoming atmosphere, in and out but I can imagine it gets busy because their food so yummy , authentic, definitely will be returning and referring to friends and family
