Normally, this location is my favorite Tim Hortons location to go to. They usually have the best, quickest service of the Tim Hortons in the area. This morning, however, I was quite disappointed. I ordered a large caramel latte to go with my bagel breakfast sandwich. When I arrived at work I thought the cup felt a bit light for a cup of coffee that I hadn’t taken a drink from yet. When I walked in and arrived at my desk I removed the lid to check and was quite upset to find only about 3/4 of the cup filled. For the amount a latte costs I would expect a full cup. I feel like I paid for a large but received the amount I would get in a medium. I’m hoping next time they are back to the usual amazing service.

Horrible customer service this visit Jan 25th 26 Im a regular every Sunday customer aside from a missing item every once in a while, the service has been excellent until this day. The drive thru girl w/glasses was super rude & plain miserable, I came through just after 10 am. I always spend between 13$-15$ & always tip. Do better young lady.

TERRIBLE customer service. The lobby was closed well after it was due to open. I called to see if they just forgot to unlock the door. They said no and I suggested they hang a sign. I was hung up on. Against my better judgment I joined the drive thru line again and when I got my order I suggested to the person at the drive thru window to hang a sign. She shut the door in my face. TERRIBLE customer service, do not recommend. 0 stars.

My wife bought from to good to go app. And was told to pick up between 815 and 900pm at drive thru we arrive 825 and sign said closed at 8 due to sort staffing but employees was inside looked at us twice through the window but would not acknowledge us or talk to us.

One of the better Tim Hortons in the area. The bagels can be hit or miss, but the iced coffee always tastes how it should. This pic is a vanilla cream cold brew w/vanilla cold foam, it was absolutely delicious.

This used to be my favorite location not any more the last 4 times I ordered a egg and cheese biscuit and they gave me a egg and cheese on a English muffin today I check to make sure it was right and they did it again I told them I wanted a egg and cheese biscuit not this they didn’t put the scrambled egg on that comes with the biscuit they put the fried egg on it that comes on the egg and cheese English muffin I think they put the egg that was on the English muffin on the biscuit instead of doing it right and they were also rude never had a issue until lately I understand stand people make mistakes and I don’t complain but today I am saying something because when I’m not being rude about the mistake am I just ask nicely for what I ordered and they are rude about it and still don’t make it right I have to say something I used to work in costumer service and if there was ever a mistake I was never rude I apologize and fixed the mistake to make it right and make the customer happy but it’s like they didn’t care and when I got home I just threw my food in the trash I didn’t want it anymore.
