Came on a saturday morning it was empty and food was very fresh! loved my pizza and side salad , even tho it was pre prepped it was still very fresh and good ! service was done by the girl with a septum piercing lol didn’t catch her name but she was very sweet 🙂 salad came with ranch and dressing and she even offered peppers. pizza was heated to perfection, crispy and hot just how i like it. overall a good price for a slice , salad and a drink for $12! wish i lived closer to come more often.

Place was amazing! New style crispy crust perfect flavor of the pepperoni and sauce. Hadnt had it since I was a young dude. Man, it was AMAZING!!!!!!! Great staff, too! They handled that shop like heros!

It’s been a while since I’ve been too sbarros but I’m really happy we did. Now In days it’s really hard to come across great customer service and today’s interaction with Victor was amazing!! Even tho this place was busy with customers he still had the time to greet us and help us with our order. We will be definitely be coming back! Keep up the good work victor.

Can I just say idk what happened to the place but I haven’t been to the mall in a while. I went with my kids and wife today. The staff was unprofessional dirty and disgusting. I had to wait 10+ min till someone came out and the back and greated me. Smelled like marijuana and the food was so dry. When I went to the register the cashier was so rude and just talking to other employees. Completely unprofessional and the food was dry and tasted like it’s been sitting for hours.

Had been shopping in the mall for a few hours and got hungry. Decided to eat at Sbarro. Three different employees looked right at us, rolled their eyes, and kept working. Some guy from the back had to come out and start us, then reprimanded them for ignoring us. The female proceeded to be incredibly rude and off-putting, even though we were being courteous. This included throwing our food around. We were in at 1:20 pm, they were slow and talking to friends. It wasn’t like they couldn’t take our order.
