the hubs got the meal for Halloween 2025, these folks were awesome, friendly, and helpful to suggest what we might try, since we are not a normal (regular visitor to this restaurant, curious if they are trying to keep the local college kids happy? hope so, hope they stay open for yrs. go come??!). we don’t tend to go to this location, we were traveling through. great suggestions from the employee. he did say it was “spicy” but let me tell ya, it was SPICY, we only had water and soda to drink, good stuff, but normally when you are told SPICY it really is not spicy at all. so good. very tasty. we got the big plate, 3 entrees, chow mien, no rice … pepper & chicken, beef … all 3 were super seasoned but it was really good. we only wish that this location was our permanent (closer to our home) location to visit. guess we will have to make a point to go there more often. i believe our most fave was “almond chicken” which we have not seen since that visit probably 3 yrs ago. it was awesome!! delicious. good.

First time at this location and it is pretty much the same as the other locations: the rice is bland. The orange chicken had a nice flavor to it. Beautifully and nicely done streamed broccoli! Good atmosphere to eat inside with the big wide windows. Important thing is that the food was cooked and the rest was nicely seasoned. Customer service was kind and efficient.

Online order is iffy, if you order without setting specific time it says 10-15 mins and then it’s done in 3 mins instead… so unless you set a time i don’t recommend that method.
The pickup order location is not ideal, and feels awkward.

Anna was on her lunch break, my Twin was dashing and order when she says she saw a customer interrupt Anna’s meal to ask for something to whipe down their table and not only did she find the supplies for them immediately, she went over and washed the table. 5 stars Anna! Above and beyond. I hope you are valued!

Panda express.on Wards Rd in Lynchburg. August 30th at 5:36 pm I placed an in person Togo order. The order included four bigger plates. When I got home with my order there were only three bigger plates. I called and spoke with a man that said he was the manager. I told him I was already home and he said he would fix.it in the system and asked me for the order number which I provided from the receipt. Today in September 4. Five days have passed and the refund has still not been issued. I have called multiple times and the phone just rings and rings until the AI picks up and tells me to call back. Horrible experience. Now I have to take time out of my day to drive back out there to make sure they fix their mistake. Displeased to say the last.

Just got home with four bigger plates. This is NOT two orders of tarryaki! (See included photo). This is the third time! I forgot to review the second time it happened, and I don’t remember the date. Three consecutive visits I got less food than I paid for. The second time, when I got home to of my bigger plates only had two entrees. This is the last time. I won’t go back!

If you don’t stand there and watch them put your food in the box they will short you, and I don’t go there freq enough to remember. I spent $81.00 tonight, and they shorted my order. Man, that really frustrates me.

I love Panda Express, but the service at this particular store was not good at all. Zero customer service or care from the employees, except for one. There was a tall-ish man with glasses who seemed to be the only one working to actually get people their food. The other women up front rolled their eyes at customers and told them their food was “still being made” after they’d had a long wait already. Meshyre (might have spelling wrong) even almost yelled at a man who politely asked her to repeat what she said. Was very disappointed.

If you want to dine-in and get Americanized Chinese food, this is the place to go! It’s such an inviting environment; it looks clean and pretty, and fits the bill for a casual dinner.
Go to Jade Palace though if you want really delicious Chinese food and you plan to take it to-go. That place is a dated ghost town that you wouldn’t want to eat in, but the food is incredible. We only (finally) made it over to Panda Express one day because Jade Palace was closed. We’ll be back again only when we want to dine in.

Had a quick lunch; staff was very friendly and patient. I ordered the walnut shrimp and orange chicken. The rice was ok not my favorite item on the plate it was a little bland. The orange chicken had a nice sauce with light breading. The restaurant was very clean which was awesome.
