We ordered through door dash tonight, normally we come in. I got my usual a chicken burrito bowl and my boyfriend got the steak burrito. The chicken bowl was very good, however the steak burrito was the smallest I’ve ever seen from Qdoba. He is allergic to tomato so he does not get many vegetables or salsas on his but this burrito had very little steak and mostly rice. It was very disappointing.

We have gone here many times. The food is usually pretty good. Find on the occasion that the chicken, or brisket is way dry, and the last time the chicken had a burnt taste. I would recommend glancing at the meat before choosing your protein to avoid any disappointment. The service has always been good, the staff has always been friendly. It is hit or miss on the dinning room cleanliness, sometimes tables are serviced regularly, and sometimes most or all the tables are pretty dirty. Over all solid location.

Im pretty sure this is the only remaining good Qdoba left in MI. Stepping in here, the service, and food quality was like being transported back in time to when the burritos were 7$ and they didnt charge for extra rice.

The food is not seasoned well overall and you can’t taste the flavor. The tables are too close together and there is no privacy. More care is needed in the cooking.

The ladies working today (9/28) were not very welcoming when we walked in. The first thing said to us was “I’m ready for you”. Then she proceeded to barely put any rice or protein in the bowl. If I’m going to pay over $10 per bowl then I want it to be loaded. Same with the liquid cheese and sour cream, one scoop of cheese and then barely any sour cream when I specifically asked for extra. The service here has gone down hill plus the chicken is always burnt and it takes over the favor of the bowl.

Right after lunch rush, women’s bathroom was hit, trash overflowing, garbage on floor, towel dispenser jammed. Seemed understaffed. Staff were working very hard to handle customers and replenish stock.
