Just paid good money for a burger that was so inedible my dog refused it. Meat was overcooked and tasteless. Bun was so hard it cracked. But at least the cheese was cold and the order receipt was stuck to the burger when I unwrapped it. Fries were dead. Fish fillets or at least hot, but the cheese was burnt and hard. Big Mac had so much sauce on it. It was dripping.I have photos bc nobody would believe this mess. Not the first time. Just the first time I complained. Normally, it’s like any other McDonald’s. Maybe someone was having a bad day and took it out on Our meals.

Just wasted good money on food that wasn’t worth eating. Burgers had been under the heat lamp so long the bun was hard and cheese was like rubber. Fries were slightly warm but not great.

If I could have given a lower star fairing I would….This McDonald’s is an absolute joke! They Never get the order correct. every time I got this location which I live here in Malden I have to go back in to get things they missed or made incorrectly. The frappes are a joke! Paid for a large in a large cup I got half frappe half whipped cream and no Carmel and the extra shot of espresso I paid for wasn’t in it either. The staff are rude as all get out and could carless for their jobs you can clearly see they are just there for a pay check… making others food you have to genuinely care for people And at this location, they could care less.

Food was hot and fresh. Customer service was good. It wasn’t really busy when we got there so we got our food pretty fast. And it didn’t taste like it had been sitting in the warmer for hours.

The food was good and I got it fast. The service was great. I never left my car so I can’t make an accurate statement about the atmosphere. However, the parking lot was clean and the area around the building was neat in appearance so I’m inclined to give a five star.

So y’all need to know, but I would advise against going to this McDonald’s, not only did the lady taking my order not listen to well, the building was cold, the food was cold, and there was a mouse in the play area. The manager on duty did not look surprised to hear they had a mouse and only told a man in the kitchen to turn the heat on. HOW DO YOU NOT CARE ABOUT A DAMN MOUSE AND NOT HAVE THE HEAT WHEN IT’S COLD AND RAINING OUTSIDE?!?!?! I will NOT be going back for a minute.

It was rediculous in the drive thru today at 11. A girl and a boy arguing over who was taking orders ; the boy said you will be out of the hole on a little bit the girl the cussed; meanwhile I had my grandson in the backseat. When she went to give me my order she tried to give me someone elses. A total mess.
