This place is amazing. We went with our 2 kids for my wife’s birthday. The owner brought out some dough for the kids to play with. This kept them entertained while we had an amazing dinner. The food here is the best. The owners and staff are amazing. Thank you for a great night.

The atmosphere and venue is terrible.
The service is terrible. We weren’t checked in on once.
The food was terrible. We got the fettuccine carbonara and it was so bland.
The table next to us also ordered this and they gave us a thumbs down in mutual agreement.
There was a HAIR in our food and they apologised, took the food away, but charged us for it.
The pizza was a solid 4/10.
I’m genuinely at a loss for how people rate this so highly and come back.
I wouldn’t return even if it was a free meal.

Pizza was pretty good! We definitely enjoyed them. I wouldn’t say the medium is a medium pizza however – it wasn’t that much bigger than a small, it could have done with being slightly bigger. The large definitely ample though. We didn’t eat in but the atmosphere looked like it would be OK. Thank you!

We waited an HOUR for our dinner while everyone around us, who arrived after we did had their food. We were not offered an apology, how could we the servers dont talk to you at all. When we FINALLY got them to our table we asked for our meal there was a shrug and said we have been busy the order could be lost. Seriously! My pasta, while lovely had parsley with stems added like a bunch of flowers on top. Honestly I bstead of drinking on the job the owner could help…. we wont be back and that’s a shame as the food wasnt good enough to allow the terrible service

Absolutely incredible food, This diner had an awesome vibe to it. I love being able to see the pizzas being made, really adds an authentic experience. The flavour on this food was absolutely magnificent and outstanding customer service last Friday.

Ordered online, my husbands ordered a calzone with extra anchovies, I ordered a Falconia pizza with extra mushrooms, when we got back to where we were staying my pizza was inedible for me as it had anchovies and no mushrooms. I rang to let them know, they said they would remake it, but that meant another drive out to get it, this was not convenient for us to do. They apologized but there was no offer of a refund for this mistake.

A little disappointed in tonights experience. Advised Lido Italia during the booking process that it was the wifes birthday. Not expecting much but to have zero recognition of the special occasion was disappointing. Why ask during the online booking it the experience is no different? Arrived right on booking time at 5:30pm. No others in the restaurant. Took 30-40mins for food to arrive. My wife had the fettucine marinara which she said was good. My pizza looked good but was soggy. For a family restaurant that has been around awhile provided a fairly flat experience. Wouldnt recommend it.
