Kristen is a lovely young woman who made my day this morning and went above and beyond her job duties to help me with my food and she was wonderful. It’s not common to go to a place where they’re younger people working and especially at fast food or a food establishment where someone is so dedicated to her work and making the customers happy it is so refreshing and she was absolutely delightful. Beautiful girl, beautiful personality, and she all in all wins for best employee of the year in my book because I come to this one specifically all the time and it is my favorite but now she has made it so much better and put a smile on my face for today. All employees in Einstein’s Gaithersburg are fabulous & top notch. Sortof a Cheer’s place where everyone knows your name. From past Manager Bianca to new Manager Malik, they treat their staff as real people not just a #. From top to bottom respect is shown. My last few visits I was assisted by Malik & Jhared who are absolutely fabulous. I feel at ease every visit. There are not many places that can match this standard. A hidden diamond in the hood that still lives by the Golden Rule, treat others as you want to be treated with kindness & love. Peace.

I came here to set and eat a good breakfast with eggs and bagel and a good coffee. I ordered beef brisket with egg.and medium coffee to the table. I thought that it will bring it on a plate or tray. No the bagel was wrapped on a light brown paper inserted in paper bag. I was very hungry so started biting the chewy bagel with beef brisket. After few bite I open the second half and saw an old left over night meat with an egg that not properly scrambled. I ask for a plate and you will see in the photo what they brought. President Trump is write that we have to teach these greedy chains how to culturally serve the nation.

I am writing to share my sincere appreciation for the excellent service I consistently receive at your Einstein Bros. Bagels location. I stop by almost every morning before work, and the entire staff is incredibly friendly and efficient .They often know my order before I even place it.
In particular, I want to recognize Malik. He is consistently professional, kind, and helpful, and his commitment to customer service is truly top-tier. While all of your staff are wonderful, Malik definitely stands out.
Thank you for maintaining such a high standard of service; I would absolutely recommend this location.

Definitely NOT impressed! I haven’t been to Einstein Bagels in years I was in the area and got something to eat. I should of read the reviews the staff was horrible. It looks like they didn’t want to be there. I don’t know how they are still in business. The 20mins I was there no one ever walk in. Don’t waste your money here. It also looks like they don’t clean up it look like it was a mess

I love coming here, I always get the same thing and for the most part I enjoy the food, drinks and service. However there is one worker I have had a couple encounters with and she is the rudest thing I have come across at this location. She seems to have no customer service training and if so, needs some immediate support so that she may improve. Also, when it comes to Uber and doordash I always have a problem. Something is always missing from my order without fail and it seems like the workers there are not making sure the drivers have everything. It is highly inconvenient.

I placed an online order for a sandwich, but the ordering page did not provide any options to specify how I wanted it prepared. I was prepared to still eat a delicious sandwich. When I arrived to pick it up, I grabbed the bag and left. Once i sat down to enjoy my lunch I noticed that the chips were not included, onions was not added, and mustard was added and i do not like mustard. I did not eat the sandwich because it was not prepared correctly.
I called the Einstein Bagels location to report the issue. The employee who answered was polite at first, but when I requested a refund, he became dismissive and told me that after placing an online order, I was expected to call the store to specify my preferences. no where on website states that. This is unreasonable—if the order is placed online, customers should not have to call separately.
He then told me to request a refund online but could not explain how. When he asked the manager, I heard the manager say they did not know, and the call was disconnected. When I called back, the phone rang without an answer. I tried again, and both employees refused to pick up after several attempts to call.

I have had many a bagel in my day & I thought Einstein was pretty average. They have a good selection of bagels & spreads. However, the eggs & bacon sandwiches are mediocre. I hate places that serve those frozen egg patties run through a toaster oven.
I got the vegetable on a seven-grain bagel with regular cream cheese. It wasn’t bad but thought it was a bit over-priced.
The service was ok but seems like it takes forever to get your food. This is not a place I would recommend unless you can’t get bagels anywhere else. I have made breakfast sandwiches with frozen bagels that taste just as good.

Very bad experience on a Saturday morning. Customer service skills are very bad. Both manager and the service person. They said slicer is broken and cannot slice my order as requested. Cream cheese was not included as ordered. Treated poorly when they see me.Train them to treat all customers equal.
