I just left this location and stop by here every day ordered my food the some lady jumped on the intercom yelling in the speaker so I pulled up to the window to pay for the order and asked for her name she threw me my card and said she didn’t have to give me her name I’m so upset about this and that my kids had to see all of that. A black woman with glasses lord I still can’t believe I had this type of experience and I will never go back to this location. Just because your having a bad day don’t mean treat your customers like ish.

Rodney was extremely kind and professional. There was a wait while my caramel apple empanadas cooked so he spoke with me to pass the time as it was not busy when I ordered. When they came out he honored my request to dust them in cinnamon and I was over the moon. The staff at this store is exemplary and I hope they get recognized for their hard work and amazing customer service

Whoever made my food tonight deserves a raise or should be a manager. The whole team was on point. My Taco Bell order hasn’t tasted this fresh or high-quality in the five years I’ve been eating here. This was the best it’s ever been.

I ordered the loaded fries and I know for sure those fries been there since they opened the store I tried one fry and spit it out immediately I usually just say whatever and take the loss but I went back to get my money back: the manager told me they don’t give money back once you try the food which is not true I told him to look in the bag and he seen it was still full of stale fries so he then goes to tell me I have to come in because they have a timer in the drive through. He refunded me my money but I’ll NEVER come back. Terrible experience!!

Severely understaffed, been waiting 10 minutes just to make my order and there is no line! There are three people working in the back and three customers in store not including drive through. I’m not saying that they’re not doing what they’re supposed to do but I am saying that somebody should be up front and taking orders

They have the most amazing staff here. I used to have really bad experiences at this location and they have 100% turned it around. Chris was fantastic and so nice. Most pleasant experience I have ever had in drive thru service!

This place is trash. No one works the front, you have to order from the kiosk. The back is disgusting looking like it hasnt been cleaned in forever. 25 minutes waiting for the food to come out and there was no one here. Finally got the food and was missing half of it. The cheese roll ups for the kids weren’t melted. Also. Save your money on getting extra cheese or meat on anything. They put the same amount on everything. I hope this place gets new management or shuts down so we can get something worth while.

We went around 5:45pm on Saturday November 8, 2025. The manager was sitting down at the table eating, we walked in to order, she said for us to order in the kiosk and we said no we had a special order and she threw up her hands and with attitude said “fine, I’ll come help you”. We thought that was very rude so we just left without ordering

Ashton the cook absolutely killed my meal.
Told him of my allergies and concerns due to past experiences at Taco Bell. He made sure that there were NO tomatoes in my order and he made the meal absolutely DELICIOUS. Highly recommend this location to anyone who needs a good Mexican fast food meal, and I highly recommend Ashton be promoted or get a raise
