If I could give a BIG FAT ZERO I would! Not only did I wait for my order in store for nearly twenty minutes while it was somehow in the warmer and my name never showed on the pick up screen, but nothing was cooked right. I wish I took a photo of the pizza. Completely under cooked! The pizza looked naked as if it never hit the oven. Just like the bread sticks as you can see in the photo. Lacking cheese and I had no idea you can turn a breadstick in to a finger puppet! How the heck is it hollow on the inside? Are you kidding me? Worst customer service, worst pizza I’ve ever tasted and I want someone to explain to me how pizza and breadstick are both made in 6 minutes?? Never again will I go to this location. The manager can be heard the whole time talking his head off with the cook and one employee looked miserable like he couldn’t wait to end his shift and leave.

This is the worst little caesar’s order i’ve ever had they are advertising that if they don’t offer us crazy bread they will give us a free one. I had ask them if i can get my crazy bread but they said no and then called me a slur.
The employee working the register claimed she had already offered it, which was not true. When I tried to explain that she hadn’t, she responded with a slur and then walked away instead of helping me. I then asked to speak with the manager, but I was ignored.
While I was in the store, I also noticed other kids receiving similar attitude from the same employee. At first I thought they might have been causing problems, but after experiencing it myself, it seemed like the employee was just being rude to multiple customers.
I felt the situation was handled very unprofessionally and disrespectfully. I hope this location can address the issue so other customers don’t have a similar experience.

This is the worst little Caesars I’ve ever had. We bought a cheese and pepperoni pizza and got crazy bread combo with it. The pizza looked and tasted weird and the crazy bread was not edible. I Would have taken it back if I could.

Everytime I go here it’s a disaster. I don’t order from here anymore.
Once I got The Extra Most Bestest Sausage… there were 16 pieces of sausage. Granted, I should have looked before I left. That’s my fault. But I called the store and no one even answered. I then had to drive back up there. Mind you, I’m STILL calling the store the entire drive… I walked in and told him no one was answering. He said they shut the ringer off. I showed him my pizza and he made me a new one.
And the second one was just as sad looking, but the manager did give me a bag of crazy bread, but only AFTER I had asked.
My advice to y’all:
Turn your phone ringer ON! Answer your phones!
And put more toppings on your pizzas that are marketed to having better quality pizzas.
I now travel across town to the one on Curry Ford. They are MUCH better!

This one is the worst location from Little Caesars. Better eat somewhere else.
I only come here because it is nearby but the service is super bad, the last couple of times I waited 10+ minutes before they even looked at me so I left twice.
Before that I had old pizza as “hot and ready”.

Took a long break from here because the pizzas have been overcooked. Tried it again today after a year and we get a few bites in to the thin crust pizza and noticed a large piece of PARCHMENT PAPER inside my pizza… tried calling the store and was put on hold, then they answered the phone and put it down so it would stop ringing. 100 + old world pepperoni they said… everyone employed at this location from the bott to the franchise owner should be paying us to be working on the side of the highway picking up trash.
Edit: I feel like I have blasted this place so many times I don’t know ow why I ordered tonight. But am giving an extra star because it was fantastic and if it stays this way I’d go exclusive. Wow big up to the staff tonight for a simple order(sausage pep) it was actually one of the best tasting chain pizzas I’ve had in a long long time. Hoping to see tonight be the norm and find this being a 5 star review down the road. Seems crazy for little caesars but tonight’s a great start!
