This quick serve restaurant is bright and clean. You order your food at the counter, then wait for your number to be called. There is plenty of seating with booths and tables. The walls are lined with information about the restaurant, including the history. This is a chain that was founded in Wichita, Kansas. The hamburgers are very good, juicy, not dry and hard like so many fast food chains. The hot dogs are also well cooked. Great fries. This was a pleasant, unexpected surprise for a fast food chain!

After a long day of driving we stopped in for a treat! We loved the old diner atmosphere! Even though they had started getting ready to close and we had a bit of a wait, the servers were very attentive and apologetic about it! We each got a frost (lemon and Dr Pepper, to be exact) and they were very good! We wish we would have tried their burgers. If you are going on a road trip and go by Dodge City, Freddy’s is a MUST STOP!

First time customer, in for a Wednesday lunch with 2 coworkers. I’ve eaten at similar themed restaurants (steak burgers and frozen custard). I had the Freddie’s classic double with a medium vanilla malt. It was a good experience. I would definitely eat here again.

It’s a good quick burger. The custards are very tasty, you should remember life is short, eat dessert first. The service at this location was fantastic. The girls taking orders were friendly, as were the staff in the kitchen, always working or cleaning. They even walked around offering to pick up people trash. Location staff 5 stars… Concrete gets 4 stars. Burger gets 3, it’s pretty uneventful.

Never any left overs or doggy bags with Freddy’s. This one is no exception to that rule. I got the Patty Melt with onion rings today but substituted the rye bread with Texas toast, a total win if you don’t care for rye. Then enjoyed the obligatory pumpkin pie concrete. Simply amazing. You can never go wrong with Freddy’s.

Went to the drive up, ordered a Freddy’s original, got 20 miles down the road opened the box and a fly flew out of the box. If ya think paying $8.29 for a burger with fly shit on it great, then go head and eat there. Never again for me.
