Do NOT go here after 9pm. They will not have any food. This is a repeated pattern of behavior, despite the restaurant being open until 10pm. I love Chipotle, but this location needs serious managerial change, because there is not proper care made toward ensuring there is the right amount of food for customers each day/week. Often, if there is food, it is often bland – not seasoned properly. I will definitely think twice about returning to this location after my particularly awful, most regent experience there. The regular employees are so, so sweet, and completely blameless, but from a managerial perspective? Very, very poor. I do not care to elaborate, just a PSA to other Staunton residents.

This wasvour first visit to Chipotle. Customers in line were very helpful helping us navigate the menu. The food tasted very good but I thought it was not very hot. The rice and meat and cheese were barely warm. We ordered the larger bowl and decided we should have ordered the regular size. What we ordered was somewhat pricey. The server was polite but I felt rushed thru the line being my first time there. The counter we sat had not been cleaned and the bathrooms could use some attention. I will go again but will be more aware of what to order.

This will be the last time they ever get my money. I don’t even usually leave reviews but dude this is insane. They did not put cheese or queso on my bowl. They gave me all old food. The rice, steak, chicken, etc everything was old and gross and I ordered well over an hour before close. The beans were legit a whole new species of creature the conjured up in the back. I even tipped. Not the first time they’ve messed up my order but it is the first time they gave me old nasty food. For as much as it costs this should NOT be happening. What the heck are the managers doing? This could make someone seriously ill because you want to be lazy? Insane.

This location really needs to change their hours to closing at 9 instead of 10. If you try to go in even at 9:05, they are “out of” everything. No matter which day you go. That suggests it is not a legitimate supply issue but a workers can’t be bothered to get more out issue. The grill is completely shut down and they will not make any more meat. Fine if you are a vegetarian but then, they are probably also out of lettuce, salsa, and cheese too. That’s cool if that’s how you want to run your business, but at least be honest about when you are closing. Walked out without food yet again which was nicer than the lady in front of me who pitched an absolute fit (and I can’t say I blame her).

This is what it looked like when it was opened. NO beans , white rice, very little corn not even the regular size scoop,No pepper or onion , No source cream , very little cheese just TRASH!!!
One of my favorite restaurants but Staunton can’t find people who can simple put together a bowl if you order 5 times 3 -4 gonna be a waste of money because of bad employees. I had the Delivered by Door Dash and I only live a mile 1/2 away Delivery is fine but awww! I also ordered chips and corn dip NOT IN THE BAG portion here are not like other Chipotles I’m out of $25.00 and don’t have what I ordered is this place going to let people keep getting ripped off.
Update: Chipotle did contact me and added a meal to my Chipotle card to make up for the bad service. I won’t do delivery again though, but they still are short on help and most of the time their not open for the public to walk in hoping it get better.

Worst Chipotle I have ever experienced. This is why they go out of business. Poor attitudes and bad service. Even when I point out what is wrong they didn’t care. A clean dining room didn’t matter. The food quality was so poor. Oh and did you want $12 worth of food? You’ll get your OUNCE of meat with plenty of room for fillers. And they still left room.

We get back home to eat after spending $60 on 2 bowls and 1 burrito and ALL of the rice is RAW!!! Literally crunchy and hurt my teeth to take a bite. I’m pregnant and was craving chipotle and I’m SO incredibly disappointed. My husbands burrito was small even for a children’s size (photo included) and both bowls are shorted and not to mention FULL OF RAW CRUNCHY RICE!!!! AND, on top of this we tried to call to let the business know and you won’t believe it, they won’t answer. Not a way to run a business! And I see they already have a 2.4 star rating here on google, trust me, EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! This chipotle has run itself into the ground, it’s never good anymore, and they CLEARLY don’t prioritize customer service and they have no intentions of improving. They’re just stealing your money and producing GARBAGE FOOD!!!

It wasn’t busy when we arrived. EVERY dish was empty. The girl who took our order was rude. When we stated we wanted lettuce she abruptly said we don’t have anymore lettuce. There was clearly lettuce at the drive thru as the guy was putting bit on that order. Our worker was obviously too lazy to go back over there, probably because she just went for the meat. So… we paid 42.00 for burrito bowls with NO LETTUCE.
Do better, train your employees to not be lazy.

My honest and true review: The staunton Chipotle is consistently horrible, the steak is ALWAYS undercooked, they use way too much fillers (rice, beans, etc). I stopped going there months and months ago along with everyone I know pretty much. Waynesboro’s Chipotle is much better quality

I have tried and tried to give this place a shot, because I want to support local businesses. On my most recent visit (and my last unless things improve dramatically), I left my office to grab a quick lunch and ordered pickup/drive-thru. It wasn’t ready on time, and I had to wait almost 20 minutes. When I got the order, it was a dried-out chicken quesadilla with no cheese. They never mentioned that they didn’t have chips; they just didn’t put them in the bag with my queso, and I had to go back to find out. The customer service is severely lacking, and they’re always out of something on the menu. Save yourself the trouble and go to Chicano Boy downtown (which I love), or drive 15 minutes east to the Waynesboro Chipotle.
