My husband and I went to eat inside around 7:30pm this evening. There were a couple of cars in the drive-through, but no other customers inside. We waited at the counter for several minutes (probably around 7 or so). Four different employees looked directly at us, but not once were we verbally acknowledged. I don’t mind waiting if the place is busy or short staffed, but someone should at least have the decency to say they’ll be with us soon. We both got so annoyed by the extremely rude (lack of) service that we just left. No one tried to stop us to see if we needed anything or apologize for the wait. I’m sure the obviously disgruntled employees were happy to see us go. I usually receive good service in the drive-through, so I was surprised by their awful behavior. Your food is already too expensive. Good customers who work hard for their money don’t deserve to be treated so poorly. Do better, DQ.

Ordered a chicken strip basket. Instead got basically chicken nuggets but without the breaded part, semi-warm and seemingly microwave reheated fries and cold gravy. The one good thing was the toast.

The cashier no receipt so didn’t catch her name but I considered her rude.. She never heard of the kids meal grilled cheese combo for one so grandson didn’t get a ice cream but we shared with him she rang up grilled cheese and fries separately said there was no combo that was a first because we usually go after church.. Maybe next time we will go else where grandson is autistic so he usually picks where we eat..my grandson also left a baby Jesus in the divider for someone to take and keep the same girl looked at it and threw it in the trash ️ very rude she’s the one who really needs Jesus. Anyway maybe a long time before we come back.. your drink and ice machine in dining room is always out of order or it’s out of what we drink.. I wish I would have gotten the girls name.

Nice place to eat and shop and watch movie. This DQ is beside the only movie theater in Norton. So, it gets good number of visitors. Currently they are remodeling their store but they are open forbthe customers.

I asked for 2 of the $7 meals, one of them chicken strips the other a cheeseburger without ketchup. And 1 strawberry sundae and one chocolate. Sadly they put ketchup on my burger and my ice cream was filled too much as they gave us both strawberry and chocolate syrup on each and the lid wasn’t on good so it spilled and I got it everywhere. And the burger was horrible. I usually love the food here and I hope to again.

The food is great if you get the right people on shift. We went mid afternoon on a Sunday and the chicken of the badket was suuuuper dry, they forgot the gravy, and one of our fries in the order. It took the fella in window two retries to get our drinks correct… when those individuals aren’t on the shift the service and food is excellent.
