Store #354316 address 2256 Ocoee Apoka Rd 34761 // The service is terrible.0 customer service. they don’t have anyone for the front everybody is working for the drive true, every time I’ve been there I have to shout hello and one comes until later and then comes with attitude specially today and he took his sweet time to make me the coffee . I enter the store because I’m working on a big bus so i don’t have a choice. But NO anymore and I don’t recommended to anyone to go in. I will find a another store from now.

Used to get great service here. Today I tried to order a lemonade refresher and asked them to do half the amount of lemonade and and the other half portion plain water and they wouldn’t do it because they said it wouldn’t taste right despite me saying it was because the lemonade is too sour. Not sure why they couldn’t figure out how to do half lemonade pour instead of a full lemonade pour. Then my daughter got a vanilla frosted with sprinkle and when I looked at the donut it just looked like sprinkles were on top and no vanilla frost

The only reason I rated the service 3 stars is because I had to wait almost 5 minutes at the register for service and the place was empty. Decided to stop in between my run because I wanted a hot cup of the classic brew and donut. However, the cashier that came over to help was the absolute sweetest! He made the experience so much better. Dunkin is always top notch, however.

Asked for light ice at the drive through then when I finally got to the window I as told they never do light or partial ice. Fine ok, it’s your franchise to gouge customers all you want, but the guy at the window gave me a nasty attitude when I asked about the matter. They also messed up my sandwich order and after the person at the DT asked me 3 times to confirm my order. Do better.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE.
I went through the drive thru. Woman on the speaker rude and dry. Then I get to the window get my coffee is spills all over me. A guy comes to the window and looks at me crazy. I asked for napkins his response oh yea. I asked for a new lid and then recognized the rim of the cup was bent. When he gets back to the window I tell him. The cup is bent, show it to him and hand him the cup. He says oh yea then proceeds to put a new lid on the defective cup. I say to him I don’t think that’s gonna work and he says ok yea but here you go. What ? Frustrated I drive home to change and begin to taste my bagel. ITS COLD AND STALE!! This is the closest Dunkin to me. But I’ll take the higher prices at Starbucks across the street for the better service and quality.

Not even sure where to start because this store has a lot of problems. First of all for some reason I can never order the sourdough breakfast sandwich here because it says they don’t have bacon for it yet all the other sandwiches that come with bacon are available with it. All the tables inside the dining area are wobbly and dirty 24/7. The employees are extremely slow here and it always takes forever to receive your order. Lastly, out of all Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to(and I’ve been to a lot) this one requires a key to use the bathroom, which I consider an inconvenience.

I’m not sure what’s going on at Dunkin lately, but at two separate locations I’ve asked for a Chai with no ice because it waters the drink down and both times I was told, “It’s our policy, you have to have ice.” That makes absolutely no sense. I politely explained that I didn’t want ice, and the employee still insisted while being dismissive. If that really is a policy, it’s a pretty ridiculous one, and if it’s not, the customer service needs some serious improvement.

This used to be my go-to for my work week routine, but over the last 6 months, wait times and errors seem to be increasing for the morning runs. Messier cups and wraps, too. If you’re a dark roast drinker, it’s probably faster and more efficient to skip, particularly if you like things neat.

So I went in the drive-through to order my free frozen coffee and a wake up wrap, there was a inconvenience while in the drive-through. Anyways , When I pulled through,they gave me my order and they gave me whipped cream on my coffee & two wake up wraps instead of just one I ordered . Such amazing service from Dunkin’ Donuts! Thanks so much for making my morning !

Tables where ALL filthy, floor has trash all over the place. Garbage were stuff to the gills.
