This space has been a revolving door for various restaurants over the past few years, and hopefully Phó Long can go the distance.
Upon entering and standing near the “Please Wait to be Seated”, staff repeatedly passed by without any acknowledgement. Once a table was ready after a brief wait, it then took a good 10 minutes to get water. Noticing the extended timeline between wait staff appearances, we ordered everything all at once to avoid further delay… and should have requested the check as well.
Spring rolls were great. Phó wssthreat as well, although they were stingy with the cilantro/bean sprouts/basil/jalapeños, giving only one plate to share between two bowls.
During our 1:30 minute experience there were two sets of customers who had to take their order to go due to service taking so long. They didn’t seem short-staffed, but instead pointed toward disorganization.
This food is great, and I hope they figure out the service side. Will definitely give them another shot in the future, hopefully management will better organize the wait staff.

I came here for their special menu – Bun Cha Ha Noi. Other family members ordered G1. Mien Ga and Pho Chin Nam with seared beef belly on the side. Everything was delicious. Service was quite slow, but pleasant. We did wait about 45 minutes for our order. The owner also came to check on our table which is a very nice touch : ) I”ll definitely come back for Bun Cha Ha Noi, and to try out their Bun Bo Hue.

I had the best Pho experience in St. Louis! They’ve relocated to a new spot, and the atmosphere is fantastic with soothing music. The owner treated us to some delicious brown sugar milk tea that was absolutely delightful. Everything was exceptional both the staff and the food were top-notch. This place is definitely worth a visit!

I’m still raving about my recent visit to a stunning Pho restaurant with my friends. From the moment we walked in, the staff treated us with exceptional warmth. The Chicken wings appetizer was a masterclass in texture and flavor, with the perfect balance of juicy and crispy. I just visited The Best Pho in St. Louis at their new location, and it’s great! It’s just a few blocks from where they were before. The pho is delicious, and the place has a nice vibe. Definitely worth a visit!

Pho long restaurant in st.louis. I’m first time come to try this restaurant, OMG, this the bad food , today is October 14/ 2025 dont recommend to this restaurant, the owes don’t cook food good. Even though they can’t serve alcohol at the new location (or temporary location) that doesn’t take away AT ALL from the food and atmosphere. I got number 12 Pho, per the recommendation of the staff and was thoroughly impressed. That pho and the veggie egg roles were amazing. Highly recommend. I’d venture to say this is one of the best Pho restaurants in town.

Best pho I’ve had in 3 years. Broth AMAZING. Have cilantro is a plus, IDK if that’s traditional but I love when I get cilantro + basil. And the oxtail + tendon was PHENOMENAL. This family KNOWS what they’re doing. I hope they’re around as long as thy want to be. Lastly both employees whom helped were incredibly kind and genuine. GREAT JOB.
