My husband loves long John silver’s and we don’t live anywhere near one. We are OTR truck drivers so he had to have it. The food was pretty good for the money and all of the help were very polite and courteous. But… We along with every other customer there waited and waited. Waited to have our orders taken and waited to be served. That would be my only complaint.

It has been about six years since I’ve had Long John Silver’s. After searching I finally found one that is nearby.
This location is a Long John Silver’s with the KFC combo. The staff was friendly and I received really fast service.
The food was as great as I remembered and only 12 minutes away from home. I will go again.

This the dirtiest Long Johns/KFC that I have been in. Fish was fair,soggy. Fries warm. SR64 Long John better tighten up or it will close like SR70. Just saying

Saturday, we made a stop at the location at 6440 E. State Road 64 in Bradenton, Florida while returning from the beach. After 15 minutes of waiting, we got our food and continued on our way to Tampa.
Initially, the battered chicken had an unusual taste. I dismissed it at first, attributing it to my sinuses. However, just a few bites in, the taste became absolutely atrocious like burnt plastic or strong chemicals. It took hours to get that horrific taste out of my mouth.
I tried calling the store directly multiple times, but no one ever picked up. I also tried the contact form on the website, but it would not pull up the Bradenton location. I then posted the issue on X, but never received any reply from the company.
I was not looking to be reimbursed, and will not likely to return as I feel a bit ill. I simply want to make sure the store addresses the problem at the Bradenton store to save others from this extremely unpleasant experience.

The food is always consistent, breading of the fish and chicken not over or under seasoned, hushpuppies always crispy outside and moist in the inside. And even though it’s a seafood fast food place, it’s my favorite place for chicken tenders. Always get the fish and chicken combo. LJS is underrated in my opinion

I asked for a L1 that’s fish and chips I haven’t eaten anything meat wise but fish in 14 years, I was given chicken instead and didn’t realize since the fish and chicken have the same type of batter. Now I will be sick tomorrow and likely have to miss work when explaining all this to the person who helped me I was I given my fish and essentially told there isn’t anything they can do then I jump on the interstate cause I’m working and now late due to their incompetence, and I open my meal to realize now that haven’t provided my fries and when I called they said when I come back like i live in the area and that’s just a option for me. This is the worst place I’ve ever been for a simple fried fish how do you get that wrong TWICE it’s fried fish and fried it’s no wonder this is the last long john silvers in the area and if I even have a little bit of diarrhea leave my body I’ll be in contact with a lawyer to insure this is the last time they get to fail to serve fish

Haven’t been to a Long John Silvers in a long time. The food was as good as I remember. It is a combination store as it also has KFC. Both are favorites of mine. Restaurant was easy to get in and out of. It was clean and service was fast and friendly. Like most other places it is expensive. Sign of the times I guess.

Wow! That was amazingly fast! I ordered 4 fish planks, 2 chicken planks, hushpuppies, AND a chicken pot pie. I was sitting down for all of 4 minutes and it was ready go. Rock on, and thank you!

Appauled about the quality of the fish. I was worried after my eyes caught a drop of GREASE drip off of one of one the pieces of fish in the box, so I took a bite and was further appauled so I ate the fries and hush puppies and through the fish away.
