So I’ve been eating at this subway for a very long time and never had any issues. But recently I’ve been using the app to order my lunch, whereas previously I normally go to store to watch food being prepared. We’ll there was a new older gentleman recently started working in there and the 1st time I saw him was Tuesday, May 27th. He handed me my order when I picked it up for lunch. He looked like a sickly older guy and I tired to refrain from thinking the worse becuz the usual worker was also in the store and I hoped the other guy (the MANAGER) I believe had made my sandwich. Fast forward… Returned to work, took bites and started feeling like I had a ball of hair in my mouth!! After close examination, it wasn’t hair but appeared to be some type of stingy cotton or fiber! See pictures to determine what u think it is becuz I wasn’t offered any explanations when I took it back to get a refund when I got off. The manager was gone. The old guy refund my money but the discuss got worse while waiting on him to figure out how to use the register! This naughty man was talking to me and slopper fell out his mouth and landed on the paper sandwich bags that they use to put the sandwiches in after people pay. He took his hand and wiped the salavia from his chin and then took his hand and just wiped the salavia off the paper bag! I nearly gagged up on the spot!! When he handed me the cash back for my refund I didn’t want to touch it!! I will never ever go back to that subway again!! And I will never order food from the app again. A matter of fact, I am probably not going to ever eat out again!! We don’t know who fixing our food!!!

This place would get a one star for the nasty service i was given this morning by David but the ladies in there tried to help the best they could.
Last night I ordered from subways app for my order to be delivered it left the store at 7:11 Pm & didnt come to my door till 8:30 PM. I reached out to doordash but they told me to reach out to subway since its from their app. This morning I called subway as soon as the opened and the man David, told me he couldnt help me, and was super rude on the phone & hung up in my face. Im sorry if you dont like customer service please get another job. My food was half eaten, i didnt receive the right food, & missing items. I just wannted a refund. Anyways long story short my bank helped me out & if youre ordering from this location, please check your orders!

Before you make plans to order from here, make sure they are open. Wednesdays it says they’re open until 8:30 pm, don’t believe it. At 7:49 pm, the guy at the counter was turning customers away saying he’s about to close. This has been a constant problem with this location. I stopped coming to this one because you never know when they’re open and you just don’t know what kind of customer service you’ll get. I wish whoever is the owner of this location would finally get this place together. They use to have some good employees a few years ago but they ones that’ve worked her in the last five years, have the worst customer service. Not sure what the pay is but, increase the wages to hire better people.

This location is disgusting and I will never eat there again. Not only is the service from those 2 older men not good but the food was horrendous. I got a wrap and it was cut in half with a knife that clearly had mustard on it and I don’t eat mustard nor had it on my wrap. Also got a cookie and it was hard as a rock. I’m super disappointed.

If I could give this a zero star I would. I am very disappointed with my experience at this location. My husband and I walked in today and the worker was sitting in a booth on his phone not getting up for about 20 seconds. He never greeted us and was very rude. He made it seem like we were inconveniencing him the entire time. He also seemed unkept and had dandruff on his shirt. He had his ear buds around his neck that almost touched my sandwich as he was reaching to grab stuff for my sandwich. As we were checking out he started texting on his phone thus delaying the check out process and made us wait to get our receipt until her finished his text. Then he proceeded to scoff as another customer walked in. All in all I’m very disappointed in the whole experience and think management or the franchise owner should look into this.

He ordered The Boss online 4/26, the store could not fulfill the order, he was told “we’re out of meatballs.” Fine and dandy, but this older white man could not offer a refund and REFUSED to make the situation right, nor exchange the sandwich out for a different sandwich! While he did offer to add more pepperoni, like? That’s not even the same thing but ok! We were told to do our refund online, but now it’s been well over a week and we have heard nothing. Not only is this about the loss of $20+ but the huge inconvenience it caused during peak lunch hours. The online process is supposed to make ordering more smooth and the transaction was a disaster!
Y’all have lost very loyal customers, we have been patrons since 2021, when we moved to Baton Rouge, absolutely disgusting service.

Great food and service. The price is ridiculous. Nearly $29 for a foot long and a wrap. No chips or drinks. Just the sandwiches.

this place was disgusting , i couldnt imagine coming back again and wasting my money , my sandwich was placed in an oven that wasnt even turned on , i was being shamed for using a coupon .. i honestly dont know why people get a job and insult customers and not just be polite , someone told me they asked for steak and the manager told them they didnt have any but i got steak in mines , lying about not having the proper food to other customers is so disorderly
