Right now they have a limited edition peach cobbler rolls deep fried and they are delicious. I’m not sure about the roast beef sandwiches anymore nowadays but the Reubens are pretty good curly fries always the main try to get.

Service was fast and amazing!!! Smiley everyone. However, very rustic grandma atmosphere. There a large palm tree in the restraunt. And the cashier wouldn’t let my friend and I climb!! How dare they!!!!!! Bathrooms were squeaky clean but very fat water. Overall I recommend drive out. 8/10 experience

Best fast food in Lima. Every other chain in this town messes up orders more often than not, and the staff all sounds miserable. Not Arby’s, though, they have never once messed up an order for me, and their team always acts friendly and respectful even when I’ve come at 3am. The food is always hot and tasty, not like it’s been under a lamp for four hours prior. Lastly, they always sound sincere when they say, “Have a good day.” Everywhere else, I swear I can feel the malice and scorn in the cashiers voice as they hand me the most lazily assembled food I’ve ever seen.

The fries had been sitting a while, The two classic beef and cheddar’s the first one was loaded with cheese and beef. The second one they evened it out LOL. Still a solid establishment will go back.

The last 3 times we went through their drive-through, we received the wrong order. We order 2 classics and 1 crinkle-cut fry every time. We get home and we find beef and cheddar (awful) and 2 fries. The first 2 times we just threw the sandwiches away, but the last time I drove all the way back. The manager very graciously replaced the sandwiches. I believe I’ll drive all the way to the next town if I ever want another Arby’s roast beef sandwich.

Ordered online for drive through pickup. I told the drive through worker my full name and when i pulled around, he wanted to make sure the last name was correct (first name should have been enough, being so unique) but i respect that he wanted to verify.
I ordered two cheese cups under the beef’n’cheddar selection. (App wont allow you to add extra sauce on anything) I checked the bag and told him they were missing and he said they were at the bottom of the bag. So i handed it over for him to check. (Don’t know why he wouldn’t believe me like I was lying. Rude). After seeing them not in the bag, he pulled up the monitor to check the order (after he supposedly knew they were in the bag.) again not believing me.
Finally got my cups after all his rebuttals and verification checks. I felt that was very disrespectful.
Also since you cant add extra sauce, they gave me the driest fish sandwich.
Figure this. I placed an order a couple nights ago where they forgot my cups, but i didn’t check the bag before leaving. I let it go, but noted for next time; make sure to check the bag. Super unfriendly service and stingy over some cheese cups. Cant get it right. TWICE
